For the second year running this was the most uncomfortable and stressful experience of any airport I've been to. Three plane loads of passengers were herded into a downstairs departure basement in 40 degree heat with no air con. It was a night flight, babies were crying, children running wild and not enough seating. Thankfully the plane was on time. Last year we couldn't even get a bottle of water after security. Never again!! Very unhelpful staff.
