"Loved the quite location, comfortable bedding, good breakfast buffet spread, friendly staffs. Free public parking is limited especially peak and holiday season so it’s advised to reserve the hotel parking for 15 a night. The hotel is up hill hence there’s isn’t any walkable parking options nearby. I do deduct some points because the WiFi in my room is not working (it works perfectly in other public areas of the hotel). The spa is also a little small and will be crowded during the peak season."

"Breakfast 👌. The room is small. Try to set a larger room type. Most of the front desk service is good. Elevator 🛗 is relatively close. We stayed in the elevator and the elevator was broken. Then there is no service staff to help with luggage. It is also normal. There is a girl at the front desk. Then the luggage storage service is also 🉑. But when taking the luggage. The girl at the front desk took it down to the first floor. A suitcase. A backpack and a coffee bag. She didn't help. I was a little stunned. But I understand that she will return to the front desk soon."
