The room we have was a double bedroom with sea view, the room is big and view of the black sea is great, and that is it. The hotel is bad, the location is far away from everything. The only place is the supermarket down stairs that you can buy what you need. The hotel have a restaurant and a cafe, the price is on the high end but food is medium in the best case, and the service is slow and rude. For breakfast they have a plate with boiled egg or scrambled egg, two kinds of cheese, tomato and Cucumber, butter and jam, and that is it. If you want anything else you have to buy it. There is no laundry service in the hotel, and they don't clean the room until you request it. The second day of our stay they did not bring us new towles, and they say that they have a problem with the laundry service. They bring us new towels after a long time of waiting in the room without bath. The recepion employees are rude, not even trying to help in anyway, the hotel manager is thinking just about money and nothing else.
