Upon checking out, the staff charged the cost price room rate to *******, where Trip.com sourced this booking from, to my credit card on file despite that I have made full payment for 2 nights. Accor is the operator for this property and seems like they are rather unprofessional. Instead of cancelling the transaction, they did a refund that obviously will cost me exchange rates differences. I had to spend time on my holiday to reach out to Trip.com, my credit card bank and go back to the property after my day trip to confirmed that the reception at this chalet made a mistake to charge the amount to my credit card instead of the credit card for *******. In the end, despite doing a refund, I incurred about SGD$18 losses due to exchange rates and both the property operator, Accor and Trip.com is not resolving this issue. Prepay at your own risk. I was charged SGD$1,040 for this and Accor was charging AUD$994.90 to ******* for 2 nights stay. It is about $110 profit for Trip.com and/or ******* and issue is not resolved.

The hotel surroundings are very beautiful. There are many kangaroos and birds. Mountain views in the distance. Hotel facilities are very complete and comfortable inside and outside the room

Great rooms, great restaurant and bar, great location. Love this place. Used the Sebel as our home base for lots of walks and day trips into the mountains, including Craig's Hut, Delatite Winery and the Cheviot Tunnel. Not to mention some of the wonderful local pubs and breweries near Mansfield.

Mountain escape between Xmas and New Year. Resort sits on a beautiful property in the high country. Sweeping views in all directions and the crispest mountain air to breath. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was incredibly spacious and well appointed. Restaurant onsite closes very early so be prepared - we got caught out one night and alternative options are sparse at certain times of the year/days of the week and anytime after 8pm. Location is excellent with Mt Buller and Mansfield nearby in each direction with lots of pretty little stops along the way.

We stayed in a Chalet. It was comfortale and well appointed. The internal stairs to the second bedroom are quite steep. Restaurant was not open every day. Christmas lunch was good and seafood based, with rolled pork, and turkey. Dessert was traditional Christmas pudding. They catered for GF and Vegetarian in our group. Lots of other outdoor activities on site and close walking trails. Mt Buller is very close and it snowed while we were there 23/12. WE managed to get a second chalet next door for our next generation and their kids. It worked well.

What a wonderful surprise to find this hotel. Lovely large rooms with a kitchen and modern bathroom. Fabulous grounds with lots of kangaroos roaming. Great restaurant but unfortunately it opened a little late for us to also try breakfast. We will definitely return and use the Sebel for a base in the near future. The country side is magnificent and the staff very welcoming.

We stayed here for 2 nights this past weekend. We were gifted the accomodation for our 30th Anniverary. We had room 209 and it had a lovely balcony which we used. We listened to the kookaburras at dusk laughing and it was just so nice to listen to. We had dinner both nights at the peaks restaurant which did not disappoint. We also had breakfast and there was plenty of cold/hot choices. The room was lovely and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was very nice and sitting out on the balcony watching the Roos and deer was peaceful. We enjoyed happy hour one night and that was also lovely. The staff were very pleasant and easy going and nothing was a problem not that we had any. The wildlife nearby is also pleasant to watch. I definately would stay again…
