My wife and I came to Mersin for a holiday because of the holiday and we decided to stay at the Nobel Hotel. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. An hour after we checked in, the cleaning staff entered the room. We called the reception and expressed our reaction, but not even one staff apologized for the situation. When we arrived at the hotel on the second day of our stay, I went to the reception to get a new card because we lost our room card. The receptionist, my bellboy, said that he could accompany me and open the room with a master card. When I told him that I might have lost my card and requested a new card, he said that even if I give this card or lose this one, we will be responsible to the management. Turkish breakfasts, omelette is fried in front of you with whatever you choose. We chose a small room, 1 double and 1 single, there were four of us, including a small daughter, so we all fit in without an extra folding bed, without paying extra for a girl. And 3 weeks after leaving, I remembered that I left a hard drive with a family archive and an Apple mouse in a box in my room, I came back, everything was returned. Great, I think. @semenmainsky
