The hotrl is in the city. But it is connected dormitories in several buildings. It is a last minute stay for me. hope i will not visit again. This price for this hotel is much. No elevators in buildings. Ugly decoration. Aircon is a bit old. but it is at least clean

The Sultasa Hotel in Mersin can, at best, be described as 'adequate'. The Sultasa is an old hotel that is in reasonable condition however there are areas of it that require attention. On arrival none of the staff present were English speaking which made checking in quite long winded and difficult. Quite probably due to the language issue, I was not given the option of staying in a non-smoking room. As a non-smoker I therefore found the stale smoke-smelling bedding and aircon very unpleasant. Furthermore, other guests of the hotels found it necessary to slam their doors shut in the early hours of the morning (1-2am). I would not recommend this hotel to any first-time travellers to Mersin. The benefits of the lower cost versus the Hilton etc were lost relative to the (low) quality of the experience at the Sultasa.

Herkes gülümsüyordu ve çok nazikti. Odalar, kahvaltı, servis; her şey mükemmeldi (HK hariç). Her sene tercih ettiğim otel. Özellikle konum olarak çok güzel.Tercih edebilirsiniz pisman olmassiniz.(Butun ekip arkadaslara Tesekkur ediyorum)

Auf Check 24 steht das Hotel mit 9,1 ich weiß nicht wie so eine Bewertung geht. Das Hotel selber hat vielleicht eine 4,5 Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr bemüht Wir hatten einen längeren Aufenthalt gebucht Was nicht zustande kam und wir mit Hilfe des Personal umbuchen konnten in ein anderes Hotel

mersinde sultasa otel iş ziyaretlerinde çok sık konaklama yaptıgım bir otel otel konum olarak çok güzel bir yerde canın sıkıldıgı zaman uzun bir sahil bandında yürüyüş yapabilinecek imkana sahip otel personeli oldukça güleryüzlü ve samimi davranışlarıyla sizi evinizdeki rahatlıgı sunuyor yeni açılan restorantında ki fasıl programını yemeklerin lezzetini çok beğendim denediğinize pişman olmayacagınıza eminim

En olumlu tarafı sahil bandına yürüme mesafesinde ve marinaya yakın olması. Kendi halinde, yenilenmiş, idare eder düzeyde bir otel. Kahvaltı büfesi vasat. Odalar yeterli büyüklükte ancak, günlük olarak çok iyi havalandırılması lazım. Personelin müşteri ilişkileri fena değil.

İş Seyahatlerimde sık sık kaldığım bir otel.Mersinde bir kaç otel denedikten sonra ortalama bir çizgi tutturan ve idare eder diyebileceğimiz otellerden biri. Sahilde ve Marinaya çok yakın olmasından dolayı konumu çok güzel, fiziki yapısı oldukça eski ama bakımsız demek haksızlık olur. Odaları çok geniş, ferah ve tertemiz fakat deniz manzaralı oda sayısı çok az. Oda balkonları birbirine bakıyor.Lobisi 2012 yazında yenilendi ve çok şık oldu. Personelleri oldukça güleryüzlü. Fiyat olarak normal seviyelerde diyebiliriz. Kahvaltısı tam bir fiyasko burada kaldığım zamanlarda genelde kahvaltı yapmadan işime bakıyorum.Yazın sürekli düğün ve nişana çalışıyorlar.Mersin merkez otelleri açısından oldukça yetersiz. Sultaşa kalınabilecek otellerden birisi.

Sultaşa Otel, Mersin şehir merkezinde yer alıyor. Otelin beni en çok etkileyen yeri, ana bina önündeki bahçesi oldu. Upuzun palmiyelerin gölgesinde kendimi sanki tropik bir iklimdeki bir coğrafyada hissettim. Otelin hemen önünde kocaman bir havuz yer alıyor. Otelin loby girişi geniş ve ferah, beyaza boyanmış duvarlar ve beyaz renkte mobilyalar sizi karşılıyor. Çalışanların hepsi de güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Sultaşa Otel’in denize uzaklığı ise sadece 50 metre, arada sahil yolu bulunuyor. Otelin hemen çaprazında, sahilde Mersin Marina yer alıyor. Burası Mersinin yeni bir yüzü sanki, modern cafe, bar ve restoranlarıyla şahane bir yaşam alanı oluşturulmuş. Otelden yürüyerek ulaşmak 10 dakika sürmüyor.
