We had a good reception at this Ksar although we weren't sure which language the attendant spoke because she spoke very softly. She was very nice and made arrangements for our hammam and massage at the last minute. We had dinner on the premises, and it was delicious, but it took a long time be served. Strangely we were not offered tea when they served dessert and we had to order it separately. We were leaving very early the next day, and we requested an early breakfast but were told it was too early, however they prepared us sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, to keep in the room refrigerator. The entire place was dark at 6 am there was no one in sight and it was difficult to find the light switches near the reception desk. It is beautiful Ksar and it's so close to the desert you feel you are right in it. The pool is very beautiful!

We spent two nights at Ksar Bicha. One night in the hotel, and the second night camping in the ‘superior’ tents. The hotel property is lovely and the staff were excellent. The pool is so refreshing. We spent the afternoon by the pool after a really cool 4x4 excursion where we learned about the origins of mascara and met a Berber nomadic family. Our ‘golden hour’ camel ride to the desert was truly memorable. The desert camp exceeded my expectations. Our tent had a western toilet, a sink and a shower with hot water, which was appreciated after the 2.5hr camel ride to the camp. The food at Ksar Bicha and the camp was truly excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!

Had a wonderful time with Hassan in the camp. He was super nice and amazing. If you ever come to Morocco this is the place to check out. You won’t be disappointed! The food was amazing and the music was extraordinary.

Warm hotel, attentive staff. View of the dunes. Impeccable cleanliness. The best thing is to spend 2 nights at the hotel and then 2 nights at the Ksar Bichar bivouac. A guaranteed change of scenery. For lovers of driving on the dunes. Coach Ali is the best. Can't wait to come back.

Quad adventure in the desert and night under the stars in the tented camp, with these premises my review can only be excellent! We had a great time, all the staff is kind and, in front of the small bonfire that is set up after dinner, there is a way to exchange cultural curiosities that somehow inevitably link to this place. There is no hot water in the tents, but we are in the desert, it is more than normal like this.

A wonderful spot in the Moroccan desert. The entire staff goes out of their way to make your stay perfect and special, and they succeed. We were at the upper camp and...we were hit by a tremendous storm with lightning and thunder! Well, the entire staff went out of their way to compensate for what was an unforeseen natural phenomenon and ensure we had a perfect stay, and that was the case. A wonderful memory of everything: the tents, the food, the staff. Thank you for everything! We will definitely return.

The welcome and service were unworthy of the legendary Moroccan hospitality. The lunch was cold and the staff were unprofessional, aggressive, and even haughty. The price was excessive for a meal of this quality, and the service was as poor as the food itself.
