Checked into this hotel and once we went in room we immediately checked out. It is smelly, gross, carpet stained everywhere (not just a few places) , carpet pieces ripped up, walls bubbling out, bottom of tub was cracked and peeling. Pool and hot tub were green and not usable. Run far away!

Stayed 2 nights for at total of $266. While staff was friendly, inside seemed a little old. Beds were comfortable, but pillows were to thick and high which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. The most disappointing was the pool was closed for renovation, which I wish they would have mentioned when booking the hotel. Having a 5 year with her swimsuit, she was sad about this.

We traveled due to family death. Found pair of Sox under chair. Plumber in tub/shower were clogged. Received bottle of Lysol due to stench. My husband checked into 2 rooms that still had people in them. One of our family members had a room that the TV was broken. It was replaced the next evening

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel location is in a safe area of Mesa with good access from the interstate. Room was fine, although the bed sank way low in the middle. In the shower, it took almost no movement of the faucet to go from freezing to scalding hot. We reported this condition, and hope it will be fixed,

Outside front of hotel looks new, inside is ran down. First room the put us in smelled like urine, next room was a little better. But decided not to stay. Pool is closed for renovations that I did not see going on.

The room wasn’t clean. There was an awful smell which we discovered the source of in the morning after staying all night. Someone left a dirty diaper in the waste basket. Housekeeping missed it. Also, toilet ran all night and chain continuously feel off the handle. We had to reach in the tank to flush. Bathtub was dirty. Air conditioner was noisy as heck.

I paid approximately $250 to stay at this hotel which is a 1-start hotel in my estimation (and at a time when the hotel was hardly booked), so this was a terrible value. The agent who ultimately found their way to the front counter to greet me was friendly but had a very difficult time checking me in. The bathroom was extremely dated and the shower was disgusting. I offer this up as an opportunity for the hotel to improve their property (or at least drastically-reduce the price so folks are paying for what they get).

First and foremost the staff is well scripted. The rooms on the other hand. Door to room won't shut without being pulled hard. Is a problem from other guests as well. First room, door peel not properly secured. Wall protector cracked. Chunklings missing from bottom of bed. 2nd room. Animal fur in the drawer. Bullet sized crack in the bath tub. Broken toilet seat. And door that wouldn't shut properly. Onto the pool of death. Cracks around the pool. Some missing pieces around pool and Jacuzzi. Metal hand rails not secured. It's an accident waiting to happen. For having a Plus , Best Western has gone down hill. Avoid this place to save yourself from mental and physical anguish!
