Jumeirah Messilah Beach Kuwait

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa and I must say, it was a truly splendid experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcomed. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the executive housekeeper, Mr. Gagandeep Chugh. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait. Thank you to Mr. Chugh and the entire staff for making my stay truly unforgettable.

We had a wonderful stay. This was not our first visit—we have been coming to this hotel since 2014, and we always enjoy our stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful. The swimming pools were clean and beautiful. The only area that needs improvement is the beach. It would be better to create an opening in the pier to allow seawater to flow in and out naturally with the tides. The beach floor also needs cleaning, as there are many sharp rocks. Other than that, the hotel is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa for a little staycation and overall had a really great experience. I’ll be honest—I was a little bummed that Pepper was closed, and the fountains weren’t running. I can only imagine how stunning the property must be when everything is fully on, because even as-is, it was still beautiful. That said, the restaurants that were open were excellent. The food was genuinely amazing, and there were still plenty of options. The breakfast buffet (included with my membership rate) was a highlight—tons of variety and everything was really well done. What really stood out though was the staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and made the whole stay feel easy and comfortable. And I have to mention the pillows… because WOW. So many pillows. Dangerously comfortable. Even with a few things not available, it didn’t take away from the experience—it just gave me a reason to come back and see it at full capacity. I’ll definitely be returning.

We have stayed at several Jumeirah hotels, both in Dubai and Kuwait, and every stay has always been memorable, especially at Jumeirah Messilah Beach. Our first stay there was a superb experience, and it even inspired my daughter to wish for a staycation at Jumeirah Messilah Beach as her birthday gift this year. She still remembered the receptionist who welcomed us during our previous stay, Mega, and we were delighted to meet her again on our second visit. She is always very kind and attentive, and she has excellent knowledge of the hotel and its facilities, which made us feel well informed throughout our stay In addition, the lady at the Kids Club was very kind and friendly, making my children feel truly welcome and ensuring they had a wonderful time.

I am extremely disappointed by my recent one-night stay at Jumeirah Kuwait. I checked in yesterday, and from the very beginning, the receptionist’s attitude towards me was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I chose to ignore it and not let it ruin my stay. Unfortunately, when I checked out today, the same receptionist was on duty, and his behavior was just as rude and disrespectful. Once again, I remained calm and respectful. I did not argue with him or respond in the same manner because I wanted to respect the hotel, its guests, and the professionalism I expect from a luxury brand like Jumeirah. What makes this even more disappointing is that I am a loyal customer. I have stayed at this hotel more than 11 times, and this is the first time I have ever experienced such treatment. I never expected a receptionist at a world-class hotel to speak to guests with this kind of attitude. His name appeared to be Yazeed or Yaseen (the name badge was not clearly visible), and I believe he may be Moroccan or Tunisian. I do not know him personally, and he does not know me either, which makes his behavior even more surprising and unacceptable. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and investigates this incident. No loyal guest should ever be treated this way. I have always enjoyed staying at Jumeirah, but this experience has left me genuinely shocked and deeply disappointed.
