This is very nice, the staff makes you welcome, everything is very clean,and you feel at home.breakfast was great,so was dinner.The rooms are big,and clean.They also have a big lovely pool,this place was Amazing too,and I would definitely go again.

Hotel estremamente comodo , pulito e confortevole , la location situata nel verde e suggestiva . Il centro Spa si affaccia sulla piscina molto bello da vedere In questo hotel si respira aria di famiglia i proprietari sono gentilissimi oltre a essere molto disponibili affinché il soggiorno passi nel migliore dei modi . Personale della reception gentilissimo e molto professionale . La ciliegina sulla torta e il cibo , si mangia veramente molto molto bene avendo anche una vasta scelta di pietanze . Consigliatissimo

Un hotel di Messina decentrato rispetto al centro cui ci si può arrivare con i mezzi, ma meglio la macchina privata. Un grande androne con tanto di camino, acceso nella stagione fredda, accoglie l’ospite. Le stanze sono a tema e per questo molto caratteristiche, senza snaturare l’hotel stesso. La sistemazione risulta confortevole, con tutti gli orpelli del caso necessari: dall’aria condizionata alla furba ventola a soffitto. Si può anche cenare: cucina abbastanza standard, nella mia esperienza a menù fisso. Personale molto gentile.

Prenotiamo in questa struttura perché, sulla carta, garantivano cibo per celiaci e posto auto. Al nostro arrivo scopriamo che sono 5 posti auto tutti in colonna da un lato e con pochissimo spazio per fare manovra . Per due mattine consecutive hanno servito a mio figlio un piatto con 2 fette di pane e 6 biscotti senza glutine non confezionati , dunque a rischio contaminazione. Quando abbiamo chiesto se avessero altre cose ci è stato risposto:"ma perché cosa mangia di solito?". Non credo sia una risposta degna di un 4 stelle. Una mattina ci è stato servito il caffè con una formica. Il buffet a colazione, già scadente di suo, non ha le quantità giuste per tutti gli ospiti. L'albergo versa in condizioni igieniche pessime:formiche e scarafaggi nelle stanze. Il personale non è qualificato, in particolare alla reception Veronica risponde in modo stizzito ai clienti. Il 4 stelle non è affatto giustificabile.forse 4 stalle.

Una piacevole scoperta, posto molto carino con un personale super gentile ed accogliente. Camera nuova con aria condizionata e tv di ultima generazione con Wi-Fi. Se dovessi ricapitare a Messina sicuramente tornerò da Villa Morgana. Super consigliato, voto: DIESCI

Io e il mio ragazzo con un cagnolino di piccola taglia siamo scesi appositamente da Milano a Messina per un matrimonio e abbiamo soggiornato presso Villa Morgana. Non posso che esprimere tutta la mia soddisfazione per l'esperienza che ho vissuto. Innanzitutto, l'accoglienza è stata eccezionale. Il personale è stato sempre cordiale, disponibile e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra esigenza. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto, offrendo tutti i comfort necessari per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole. La posizione dell'hotel è ideale, vicino ai principali punti di interesse della città e facilmente raggiungibile. La colazione era ricca e variegata, con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque abbia bisogno di un alloggio a Messina, sia per vacanza che per lavoro. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff per aver reso il nostro indimenticabile!
