We were greated by Antonella upon our arrival and she told us everything we needed to know. Antonella was great, tge accommodation was perfect and the facilities were fantastic. The room was lovely and there was a communal kitchen which was a nice touch. Antonella was very helpful and even helped us with the parking and gave us plenty of information on what to see and where to eat. I'm very selective when choosing accommodation, however this place didn't disappoint and I would highly recommend staying here. 5* from me!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The B&B location is very close to the city centre. The included breakfast is outside the structure, at Bar Duomo, about 250m (3 minutes) from the B&B. The owners are nice and helpful. The parking is easy to find nearby.

I have stayed at il Galleone this summer together with my family the nights before and after my wedding. Il Galleone is conveniently located in the historical city centre, a stone away from the Duomo/Cathedral square. Everything is literally at walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants and places to eat in the elegant and peaceful neighbourhood. The rooms are well equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, hairdryer, fresh towels, toiletries etc.. They are very nicely decorated and elegant, so they suited perfectly the wedding pictures. The breakfast is kindly provided in the communal room where coffee facilities and pastries are served every morning. A special voucher is offered in addition to this for the very first morning when one can opt to have breakfast in one of the two historical coffee places located in the Cathedral Square, literally 100 metres from the Galleone. Such a bonus! Antonella and Rosario were perfect hosts (at times they felt like family), so welcoming and catering all the demanding needs a bride can have, always supportive and understanding. They went out of their way to make my family have the best experience possible during our stay and I will eternally be grateful to them for this. I highly recommend the Galleone to everyone who needs to be in Messina either for work or leisure. It's a special place run by very amazing people: You will feel like Home! Thank you so much!

Posizione centralissima a due passi dal Duomo. Camera curata in ogni particolare e pulitissima. Un lampadario di antico che era una bellezza. Struttura accogliente e profumata. C'erano pure le ciabattine. Rosario ci troppo simpatico e prodigo di consigli su cosa vedere e dove andare. Una meraviglia!

Bed and breakfast de Messina, a escasos metros de la plaza del Duomo. Habitaciones amplias con una pequeña cocina compartida. El desayuno está incluido y lo ofrece en una cafetería de la plaza del Duomo (café y bollo). Se puede aparcar fácilmente en la misma calle mediante una aplicación de parkímetro. Instalaciones limpias.

B&b da 10 e lode. I proprietari sono una coppia giovane, ma gestiscono alla grande. Ci hanno rubato nostro cuore. Disponibilità, gentilezza - al top! Sanno consigliare i posti per mangiare e per visitare. È stata veramente una grande bella sorpresa.

Appena rientrati da un piacevole week end a Messina. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo BB e ne siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Il BB si trova in un palazzo storico, molto ben posizionato, centrale ,a due passi dal Duomo, La camera, semplice e raffinata, con elementi d'epoca che le conferiscono un certo carattere, letto comodo e cuscini memory super. Schermo piatto e frigobar fornito di bottigliette d acqua, il che non è scontato. Bagno funzionale, finestrato, nuovo. A disposizione delle camere c' è una cucina in comune, fornita di tutto, apprezzatissima, di cui si può usufruire durante l arco della giornata (per chi ha bambini davvero un bel servizio, anche per preparare del latte caldo la sera prima di addormentarsi). Il proprietario, un ragazzo molto gentile e disponibile, le mattine del nostro soggiorno, ci ha accompagnati al bar convenzionato con la struttura dove potevamo scegliere con cosa cominciare bene la giornata. Lui e la sua compagna sono stati davvero molto accoglienti e sempre attenti agli ospiti, per qualsiasi esigenza. Sicuramente ci torneremo volentieri, esperienza da ripetere! Io, mio marito e la nostra bambina siamo stati veramente bene.

Un eccellente soggiorno in questo B&B. Antonella e Rosario ci hanno guidato dal check in alla colazione presso il Bar Duomo (storico bar che fa granite e brioche eccezionali!). Ci hanno anche consigliato locali tipici in cui trascorrere la serata. Stanza ampia e pulitissima dotata di tutti i comfort in un palazzo a due passi da piazza Duomo. La cucina in comune era a nostra disposizione. Parcheggio in strada comodissimo. Lo consiglio vivamente.
