It's quite a enjoy journey to stay there. Howerver i didn't have the chance to meet the host because I arrived too late. Everything is ready and clean. The breakfast is great with homemade pies, fruits and drinks.
It's a pity that i forgot to take photos so I decided to show some photos of the City Messina.

Sto ancora cercando di capire dove sia il design di questa struttura….forse nella pulizia prossima allo zero, o nella puzza simile ai bagni di una stazione, o ancora nella muffa presente nel frigorifero e nel fazzoletto piegato a mantenere la porta vetrata della vasca da bagno! L’unica cosa carina la sala colazioni che dà sul mare, se non guardi i piatti sporchi incrostati, da chissà quanto tempo! Insomma, decisamente da evitare

L’unica cosa positiva di questo posto è la vista. Non lo consiglierei e non tornerei. Esperienza unica nella mia vita la finestra direttamente nella doccia e ho detto tutto. Mi chiedo se il loro ‘Design’ sia a norma. Allego foto, senza aggiungere altro.

Le stanze sono accoglienti, pulite, comode. Parcheggio gratuito in zona, ma non è facile trovarlo al primo colpo! Si trova sul lungomare, con una spettacolare vista sullo Stretto. Si accede, come ormai quasi dappertutto, con il codice che viene comunicato via whatsapp.

Ho avuto il piacere di poter usufruire dell’ampio salone con vista mozzafiato sullo stretto di Messina per festeggiare il decimo compleanno di mia figlia in maniera nuova e alternativa. Oltre alla bellezza dei locali curati nel dettaglio, ho trovato immensa cordialità e disponibilità da parte dei proprietari, sempre prontissimi ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta! ottimo catering con cibo fresco e genuino. Consigliato vivamente !!!

Esperienza molto negativa abbiamo prenotato tre stanze per tre notti, per ragioni di Covid una è stata disdetta con in anticipo di otre 48 ore non è bastato oltre alla caparra abbiamo pagato il soggiorno, non prenotate direttamente ma solo tramite piattaforma, anzi fate di meglio non andate in questa struttura se dovete soggiornare a Messina.

Location buona sul mare dello stretto, ma in un palazzo un po’ decadente. Servizio inesistente e colazione fai da te. Attenzione al momento del pagamento viste le condizioni non chiare e soggette alle loro interpretazioni. Abbiamo disdetto una camera con più di 48 ore di anticipo ( causa Covid). Pensavamo di perdere solo la caparra invece ci è stato richiesto l’importo totale del soggiorno!👎👎👎👎👎
