The hotel is by the river. You can fall asleep to the sound of running water at night. It is very comfortable. The lady at the front desk is very cute and has a very good attitude. The hotel has a dog, which is very cute. She stays at the door every day and often follows us for a long distance. But Hygiene is average.

Roads are being developed at a very high rate in Georgia. In time, the road to Mestia, under development, will be much easier to travel upon. Because of the road works, it took us a lot of time to arrive in Mestia which can be compared to Darjeeling in India. The Hotel is new and has potential to be improved. Maria and I had a room on the second floor overlooking the river. We believe that the ceiling of the room, left with its concrete slab exposed, should be covered. We also suggest the provision of a Toaster in the dining room. We were very impressed by Marian who did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We celebrated our 53 Wedding anniversary at the Hotel. The breakfast was good and the dinner served was excellent. We recommend this Hotel!

We had a very nice stay here. It is a new and comfortable, modern hotel. The food is really good so we ate here most nights. The view from our room over the river to the Mestia towers is lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The design is nice and the room is quiet except for the sound of the river :) As it is a new hotel, there are some small improvements they can make: for a 4 star hotel it needs a higher cleaning standard. Bathroom and floor were a bit shabby and didn’t feel properly cleaned after the previous guest. Room listed a tv but it was missing (just a bracket on the wall). Bedside lamps are needed - only one main ceiling light which is too bright for relaxing and reading in the evening. Otherwise a great stay! I would stay here again.

Visited the area with a group of friends and stayed at this hotel for two nights. First night we were meant to arrive before dinner but we’ve been delayed and arrived at midnight… and they still served us the dinner we booked… amazing!!! Doesn’t happen that often The hotel is brand new and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable Food is amazing (and for us Italians food is always very important!!!) and the wine too. Staff incredibly kind and helpful. Hope one day I can be back and stay here a bit longer. Highly recommended
