Location is excellent and the host is responsive. Room is clean for an Asian standard. Nice decoration in the common area. Only flaws are that protruding bed frame where you hit the knee and the quite small shower area/bathroom.

The hotel is clean. There is a common spacious living room with a kettle and a refrigerator. We were there at the end of October. The room was cool. We didn't immediately figure out how to get to the hotel. Since the reception is open from 9:30 to 13:00. We didn't receive any instructions in advance. We had to look for a number and call ourselves. Overall, we liked it. Close to the train station and the bus to Venice. From the train station you can go to neighboring cities or to the airport.

Very nice and cozy hotel. We arrived early and checked in. The facilities in the room were complete and very clean. Each person needs to pay 4 euros city tax and there is a handwritten invoice

The bathroom isn't directly in the room, but I had a huge bathroom to myself and the room was nicely decorated. I'd be happy to come back again.
The train station is about 5-10 minutes away on foot.

The place was very clean, it has everything you need. On of the best things was the location - 100-200 meters from the bust stop to and from Venice main station and about 700-800 meters from Mestre main station. We got the room with a terrace, not the best view but great for a glass of wine after a long tourist day. The window of the next room was facing our terrace. Not a problem, just you have to be more quite if you stay there late evening. There is a great space like living room with tables, coffee machine and fridge which you can use for dinner and breakfast with your food. The coffee and tea were for free. Definitely worth the price.

House used as a hospitality location. In our case the room had a private external bathroom. Everything clean and tidy. The room is small but has what you need. Despite being on a main and quiet road, convenient to public transport; 7 minute walk from Mestre train station and 10 minutes from the town center. Helpful and friendly management.
