It would be a good structure, small and quiet but lacking in cleanliness and maintenance. They call themselves a hotel but in reality it is a Bed & Breakfast with only the Bed service. The room was not clean at all and full of dust, the bathroom had a door that did not close due to a swelling of the jamb caused by a previous flood, the curtain of the windows held up I do not know how. In four nights of overnight stay they changed our towels only after the third night. For the entire duration of the stay the bed was never made, only covered and having two single mattresses we slept with a "hole" in the middle. Truly a structure that does not deserve the approximately €85 per night paid and whose license should be revoked

DON’T BOOK THIS!!!! The staff is not accommodating or flexible on check in. If you are late past 9pm they will lock you out and stop communicating with you. Don’t take the chance and waste your money. If something happens on your trip and you are late to the location an hour after 9pm then you will get locked out and there will be no communication. I tried to communicate with them that I was going to be late, but they stopped responding. The gate was locked and no one was answering the phones. No instructions were given and all communication stopped. Better to book somewhere else because you never know what could happen on your trip to make you late. Luckily, I was able to find somewhere else to stay, but you never want to be put in this situation.

Really don’t know where to begin…. When you enter it hits you a smell of mold. It’s like you entered into a 500 year old house. Everything in the room is outdated and broken. The mini fridge not working in any of our rooms. I lost a medicine worth 80$ cause I couldn’t keep it in the fridge. The owner just raised the shoulders and smiled. I would not advise anyone to stay there. Oh forgot about the cockroaches 😡

Great location 3 minutes from the stop for Venice and 8 minutes from the stop for the airport. Very dirty room as well as the entire building totally dusty. Shower with a yellowed curtain. Dirty curtains, no mosquito nets but impossible to open the windows due to cobwebs not removed. Even, when I entered the room, there were the previous couple's pajamas left on a chair, confirming the lack of preparation of the room before the arrival of the guests. Poor lighting in the room, only two spotlights and bedside lights.

Terrible experience, no reception, no one answers the phone, we had to wait 2 hours. The room was dilapidated and horribly dirty. Carpet stained and black with dirt, a thick layer of dust everywhere, broken and moldy biscuits in the cupboard, old and moldy bathroom, shower curtain brown with dirt, room infested with mosquitoes, rotten bedding etc etc... We We left as soon as possible, the hotelier is dishonest and refuses to refund or compensate us. A scam, advice flee this place.

The hotel seems nice but then, looking at the rooms, they are very dated, the carpet old and dirty, cobwebs and not too clean. It is close to the center and there is a small car park inside the courtyard but very narrow. If I had read the reviews first I wouldn't have come. It's supposed to be a B&B but they don't do breakfast and you have to go to the bar. Luckily I was only there for one night... I won't go back.
