They said I had no reservation and refused to look at my screenshot and confirmation email. They had called me 2x the previous day (I missed the calls). So how did they even have my number if I didn't exist in their system? This ain't rocket science. I showed them their calls on my phone, they denied it was their number even though it was right on their sign on their main door. So I dialed it, heard it ring about 20x in the back room but they wouldn't pick up. ******* tried calling, same result they wouldn't pick up so even ******* was blocked from trying to help me. They are outright liars and because this is Mardi Gras week some latecomer probably got my confirmed room at an inflated price. Stay anywhere else!

I've stayed here for work since 2015, it has gotten progressively worse. This time, only half my electrical outlets worked (I asked repeatedly to have them fixed), the sink backed up with black water and there were bugs, even in the microwave. The Final straw was when I received notice that I was being charged $50 for littering the Common Area . That NEVER HAPPENED!!!! I found another motel and will NEVER COME BACK!

Worst hotel ever! Was there 3 weeks! Staff was rude. Room was never cleaned. Never received clean towels. Was supposed to get weekly cleaning. Told wrong time to pay for following week so they could charge late fee. Unless you want to live in a dirty place with rude staff look elsewhere. I left with two more weeks on my business trip because of this lack of respect and sheer rudeness. Never again will I stay at an Inn Town Suites!!

The motel reeked of smoke despite being listed as non smoking. We immediately checked out but still had to pay for the night we didn’t use. If I could give it zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all cost
