Elegante Masseria con spettacolare vista su Castel del Monte. Raffinata cucina ed efficiente servizio coordinato dal Direttore di sala Fabio. Raffinatezza, eleganza e attenta cura ai particolari. Bravo il dj che ha coinvolto gli ospiti contribuendo a rendere indimenticabile la serata.

Bellissima struttura situata nel parco dell'alta Murgia su cui svetta sovrano il castello di Federico II. La struttura finemente restaurata, si fa apprezzare per la distesa immensa di verde tra i mandorli e tutt' intorno la natura che parla. Nulla è lasciato al caso, neppure l'enorme quercia che troneggia nel cortile. E che dire del menù? Mi ha davvero soddisfatta! Piatti creativi con un giusto mix di ingredienti dove i sapori non si coprono l'un l'altro ma si sentono tutti. Ho apprezzato il risotto acquerello affiorato ai gamberi agrumi e pesto di mandorle e, a seguire, il troccolo gratinato con sugo alle melanzane e burrata. E che dire del vitellino su spumone di formaggio e chips di patata viola? E il filetto di branzino in cialda croccante servito con crema di peperone? Bravo chef! C'è tutta la Puglia nei piatti che ho gustato, con ingredienti dosati con sapienza ed equilibrio

La Masseria Torre di Nebbia, entourée d'amandiers, est perdue au milieu du parc national d'Alta Murgia. Le lieu est magnifique et sert d'ailleurs de décor à de nombreux mariages. Cette authentique ferme a été rénovée de fond en comble par un designer ultra doué et le résultat vaut le coup d'oeil. Les 5 chambres de grand luxe donnent toutes sur un grand salon meublé avec goût. On passe ensuite par la réception pour arriver dans l'immense salle de restaurant toute vitrée qui donne sur une cour et un jardin. Le cuistot est très doué et son accueil chaleureux nous a beaucoup touchées. Je recommande cet endroit à 1000%

Non potevamo scegliere di meglio per il nostro giorno speciale ! Staff eccezionale e sempre disponibile.Per non parlare poi dell'ottimo cibo , delle scenografie e degli spazi aperti che vengono curati con grande professionalità e eleganza in ogni minimo dettaglio … creando un atmosfera elegante e romantica ! Troverete quello che avete sempre cercato … perché vi sentirete a casa ❤️ma un ringraziamento particolare dobbiamo farlo. A Fabio , direttore di sala , che ci ha sostenuto e curato ogni minimo dettaglio e aspetto del nostro matrimonio ! Che dire una persona professionale , gentile , disponibile e con un cuore grande ! Sceglierei questo posto altre mille volte…. ❤️

Una struttura bellissima, solo cinque camere ma molto accoglienti, dedicata prevalentemente alla ristorazione - e si mangia bene - con grandi spazi per organizzare eventi e cerimonie. Immersa nel dolce paesaggio del Parco dell’Alta Murgia, la Masseria Torre di Nebbia è un’oasi di pace.
