I felt very lucky to arrive at this place. The affection and attention upon my arrival made my day. Breakfast with the best croissant I have ever eaten. Im beyond thankful for welcoming my family and also my 4 paws ❤️ definitely a place that I want to come back to soon

After reading all the good reviews we decided to book a two night stay at this location. When we arrived an older Italian lady (the host) greeted us. The house and land look beautifull on the outside, but the inside is a different story. The host told us that another, little bit more expensive room became available. We could take that room for an extra €15 per night (the original room cost was €75 per night). We decided to take the better room, since it had the bathroom inside the room, the other one did not (which we did not know beforehand). When we got the key and took our luggage to the room we saw mold on the walls. The room was very humid and the bed clammy. There was dust on the floor, the skirting boards and light switches were dirty. The place hadn’t had a good clean in a while. We decided to cancel the booking (***********). I told the host that there was mold and that we cancelled. She told me the mold was from the recent floods, but in my opinion it’s just bad maintainance of the room and it was there for a while. She then said ‘you are not gonna write a bad review when I give you the money back right?’. She gave me €57 back, because she has to pay some money to ***********. I was happy with the money and that we were out of there.

Me, my family and our friends stayed for 4 days. Very suggestive place, Mrs. Titti and her collaborators very kind and helpful. As for the breakfast in the morning, it is varied, both sweet and savory, suited to the needs of the customer. Unfortunately, WiFi does not always take, but you can still use electronic devices, even in case of work. Very recommended place, in the midst of nature and animals, which I am very fond of. Suitable for disconnecting from everyday life and the stress it entails. I hope to return there soon!

Che dire, l'accoglienza della signora Titty scalda anche in queste gelide giornate di gennaio. La struttura è ben curata, pulita e ordinata. I locali sono confortevoli e la disponibilità e gentilezza di Titty e Billy la rendono un posto familiare e estremamente piacevole. La colazione è abbondante e molto varia. La posizione in cui è situata la struttura, a pochi km dall'uscita dell'autostrada,ma immersa nel verde dell'Appennino tosco emiliano, la rende un buon punto di riferimento per visitare città come Bologna e Firenze. Per gli amanti dei cavalli c'è anche la possibilità di utilizzare il maneggio. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno per il Capodanno a Cá di Fatino, in gruppo con gli amici. E’ stata un’esperienza indimenticabile, Titti&Willy impeccabili ospiti, i collaboratori (specialmente la splendida Ibtsam, di gentilezza e cortesia di altri tempi). Tutto top: location fantastica, colazione squisita, buon gusto ovunque, camere pulite e attenzione a qualsiasi dettaglio, pet friendly, gentilezza sincera con gli ospiti e con i bambini. Una gita in Appennino è economica, salutare per fisico e mente, e Cá di Fatino è il posto dove bisogna assolutamente andare. Grazie Willy grazie Titti non cambiate mai né voi né Cá di Fatino. Sono una scrittrice amante dei luoghi caratteristici e pieni di storia e di bellezza e la Fattoria Ca’ di Fatino è uno di questi! Ho prenotato presso questa struttura con una mia amica e ci siamo trovate davvero benissimo i proprietari Titti e suo marito sono davvero delle persone squisite, Il posto è fantastico la colazione super! Tornerò sicuramente per rimanerci non solo una notte ma molto di più

Sinceramente una delusione. Avevo prenotato una camera più grande con bagno in camera ma,una volta lì scopro che mi è stata riservata un'altra stanza, piu piccola e senza il bagno in camera.faccio presente la cosa ma la motivazione data risulta "quella camera è fredda e non si riscalderebbe abbastanza".. come se il problema fosse il mio. Per carità, ho ricevuto la differenza dei soldi ma a livello concettuale la cosa non mi è proprio piaciuta. Non avrei mai prenotato in questa struttura per la camera a me assegnata. La colazione pessima, il caffè davvero imbevibile. Sicuramente non ci ritornerò

Ho trascorso la settimana più meravigliosa del mio viaggio in tutta Italia alle Fattoria Ca' di Fatino. L'host, Titi, è stato estremamente gentile e accogliente. Si è presa cura di me come una madre, servendomi deliziosi pasti cucinati in casa mentre lavoravo al computer, mi ha invitato a bere vino e spuntini serali e ha dato ottimi consigli per le destinazioni di viaggio locali. Mi ha fatto sentire a casa e a mio agio per tutta la settimana. La casa è affascinante e caratteristica. La mia camera era pulita e riservata, con una splendida vista sul paesaggio. La zona è tranquilla, perfetta per una pausa rilassante dalla città, ma abbastanza vicina a Bologna per una gita culturale di un giorno. Non posso ringraziare abbastanza Ti-Ti per il suo calore e la sua cura. Non vedo l'ora di tornare presto un giorno.
