Avoid this place like the plague, the advertising and pictures on the place makes it sound fine, the reality is completely different, the paths on the site are very steep and totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or have small kids, the steps to some of the chalets are frankly in poor condition and dangerous, the proposed view from the chalets are mostly obscured by foliage, the chalets themselves are small, the beds fit in the bedroom but nothing else, the a/c is an extra expense, there wasn’t even anywhere to sit in the chalets apart from the bed, no TV and only Wi-Fi in the common areas, although just heard about that as we did not stay. In the bathroom the shower was very small and the shower head hanging down as there was nowhere to hung it from. The restaurant on site, which was one of the main reasons we picked this place, we were told on arrival closed on the 15th. September a week before we arrived, nothing on any website informed us of this. The only comment the manger made on this was that there were a pub and two restaurants nearby, the pub was about a 10 minute walk from the main gate but you’d have to walk up the steep paths to actually get to the main gate first, out of the two restaurants which were around a kilometer away up a steep and twisting road that was poorly lit only one was open during the week. We found this information out at the place we booked into to avoid having to stay at the baia Serena. The place is very isolated, where most places would have some means of transportation, to get anywhere from here is public bus, do not believe the hype that Baia Serena is less than a kilometer away from the town, and as the crow flys it is, however by road it is nearer 4 Km away. All in all it spoilt the holiday in a beautiful part of Italy, if it could be seen through the trees and bushes

We have just returned from an enjoyable week at Baiai Serena. We were there for a family break with three young adults occupying two different bungalows. The actual location is built into the cliff overlooking the bay of Naples and Sorrento. It’s just stunning to wake up to or enjoy a drink in the evening. The pool is lovely again offering stunning views. The bungalows are basic but we found them perfectly adequate. The food from the restaurant was good. It was lovely and really good value but breakfast options were limited but we ate mainly ate out. The terrace where dinner is served is stunning. The location sits between Sorrento (about 3km) and Vico Equense. This is a busy road and really not safe to walk. We had a car and drove everywhere. In relation to parking at the bungalows be fully aware at the difficulties you face to park. The access road / path is very steep and narrow. Parking is its biggest negative and if you have a large car it would be almost impossible. At times I struggled to get the car out with wheels spinning and needing assistance to push. But we managed it. Driving and getting around was ok. It’s not a cliche that Italian drivers and moped riders are a little crazy. But with Google maps ad a sat nav we got around easily. We drove to Sorrento, Pompeii, Vesuvius, the Amalfi coast and all points of interest. The freedom the car gives was invaluable. I would recommend this location. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. It’s a great peaceful location allowing wonderful access. You can use public transport but the car was the perfect choice for us. A really lovely week.

Filthy! As you can see from the small number of a large collection of photos it has fallen far below our expectations. This was booked for a 60th birthday celebration holiday and it was ruined. One of our group broke out in what we thought were bites but having visited the doctor we have now found out it was scabies caught from the bedsheets (the doctor has advised- for info: the individuals home is pristine). Please do not risk your health by visiting.

Não é um hotel. São Chalés com vassoura, rodo...sem troca de lençóis, as toalhas precisei ir na "recepção" e pedir para trocar. A esposa do Dono Josepe, uma simpatia, ele irredutível, ao depararmos com a pirambeira em que se encontram os chalés e do fato de que como ele mesmo disse, NÃO É UM HOTEL, pedimos o cancelamento da reserva uma vez que eu estava com uma senhora de bengala e mais 3 idosos. O cancelamento não foi concedido e não havia conversa. Não recomendo a não ser que vc seja uma jovem de mochilão . A vista muito bonita.

Ottima, se non di più la posizione. Tolto ciò, non aspettatevi un gran comfort, .... Praticamente sono dei moduli abitativi alla bell, e meglio, poco più di un campeggio... Hanno l' ORO e non sanno gestirlo... Per carità non per colpa dei gestori.. ma della proprietà.. Evidentemente a loro và bene cosi... Non mi dilungo sulle luci interne sfinite, sul fatto che mancano le prese in camera, sul bagno che non ha le luci nello specchio, e sulle perdite d, acqua che ha il vs vicino e che ve le ritrovate nella vs area di pertinenza... Arredamento anni 70 ricucito e riproposto... Che dire ? 3 stelle sono troppe ? L.unica nota positiva la metto in foto :)

Fantastisch uitzicht, hele vriendelijke en behulpzame familie, authentieke Italiaanse bungalows. Stilte en rust. Goed Italiaans eten in het familie restaurant. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek Napels, Pompei, Vesuvius en Amalfikust. Tieners hebben zich goed vermaakt, mooi zwembad met mooi uitzicht. Geen drukte.

Location a picco sul golfo con vista mozzafiato, gli chalet puliti e arredati con cura, la cucina casareccia, i gestori rosa e giuseppe ti fanno sentire come a casa, posto strategico per visitare Sorrento, Pompei, ecc. Da provare.

Accueil chaleureux et lieu atypique. Pour les amoureux de la nature et du calme, des plaisirs simples et de la beauté pure. Un logement propre avec le nécessaire, pas de promiscuité avec les voisins, des espaces communs et services appréciables.

Struttura vecchia e mal mantenuta; vivamente sconsigliata, per adulti viste le salite da gran premio della montagna di giro d'Italia, e da bamibini piccoli visto che i bungalows sono allocati in maniera sparsa su un viale stretto di una scogliera, con balconi e strutture scaavalcabili. Siamo stati nel ponte di Pasqua, e dopo una giornata di pioggia, la struttura era piena di fango davanti alle villette, e con i piedi pieni di fango abbiamo portato lo sporco sul pavimenti, non c'era uno zerbino, c'era solo un mocho vileda degli anni '50. Il bidet non funzionava, ed il bagno era freddo e sprovvisto di caldobagno. cucine con bombole a gas, alloggiate all'esterno delle villette con fili penzolanti..Villette con entrate a gradini con mattonelle smaltate, di cui alcune rotte. Scomodi parcheggi per le autovetture in sosta. scomode via di scorrimento delle autovetture, in quanto unica ed in salita. A parte il paesaggio meraviglioso che si ammira, il resto tutto molto scarso, vista la situazione in cui ci siamo trovati. Siamo stati 2 giorni, il terzo abbiamo interrotto la vacanza e siamo andati via. Dal proprietario non abbiamo avuto neanche una telefonata di scuse per l'inconveniente.
