"After walking nervously for several minutes from the train station and seeing this brand-new youth hostel, I was extremely happy. The rooms, public areas, etc. were all much more pleasant. The front desk service was very friendly and efficient, especially the girl named Francesca and the other girl with glasses, but I didn't know her name. In summary, this is definitely a place worth staying. The only suggestion that needs to be given is that the bed numbers are not very obvious and are a bit difficult to find. The shower room lacks hooks for hanging clothes, which is a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the shower door is only half open, which makes it easy for water to splash out, and I think this can easily lead to damage to public hygiene. However, in any case, this brand-new youth hostel definitely offers an excellent experience!"
"The navigation was a bit off. If you follow it (the direct exit from the subway), you end up walking a long way around, about 15 minutes along the roadside, which isn't great. I recommend going to the last subway station, then taking the stairs on the right. It's about a 5-minute walk to the hotel restaurant (ground floor), and then you can go down to check in (I forget if the front desk was on -1 or -2). The hotel offers amazing views of all of Naples and even the volcano. I'd definitely stay here again!"
"Hotel room is big and clean. I like the accessibility of the location. Close to train stations, bus terminal and many choices of food to choose from.
Take note the toiletries are not provided. However it can be purchased from the concierge.
Francesco the reception is very helpful. Good recommendation of places to go for my first day in Naples!"
"Best experience in Napoli, loved everything about the staying in the hotel. Very friendly staff and amazing interior design. I was confused with the location, however the staff were very helpful to cone and show me the location and help with the parking. They located in a residential building, which gives local lifestyle vibes. There’s a daily local market outside the main entrance which was added value for me."

"The hotel boasts excellent facilities and is spotlessly clean. Its proximity to the train station is a huge plus; you just turn left after exiting and cross the street to get there, which is incredibly convenient.
**Cleanliness:** The hotel is impeccably clean, even surpassing the standards of many domestic five-star hotels. I had read previous reviews mentioning some hygiene concerns, so I paid particular attention during my stay, but found absolutely no problems whatsoever.
**Environment:** The hotel's interior itself is faultless, deserving a 5-star rating. The exterior, however, I'd rate a 4, or perhaps even a 3.5. We didn't notice any loiterers inside the hotel, and there were police stationed outside, likely due to its location as a major transport hub. However, if you venture out to shop in the immediate vicinity, the area is bustling and filled with numerous street vendors, which can feel a bit overwhelming.
**Service:** The service is standard and functional, adhering to what I'd consider a 'European model' – efficient but not overly warm."
"A hotel that exceeds expectations. The height of the room is estimated to be four or five meters. It is a very open space. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is located near the city hall. It is the safest area in Naples (although Naples is not dangerous), but be careful. It's always good. This building is not just a hotel. The hotel is on the third floor. There are studios upstairs and downstairs, including lawyers and other offices. It's quite safe.
The room facilities are in place and everything is required. I am very satisfied."

Amazing
OoenanayIn my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice.
The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted.
The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat.
In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days.
We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place.
We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there.
We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again.
The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train
station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place).
The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive.
All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.
RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.
Thank you Massimo
and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.
GGuest UserTerrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

Very Good
AAngelaHotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.
GGuest UserIt wasn’t terrible but I definitely wouldn’t book again. Location wise - it is on the port so good to access the beach and ferry, however, you have to walk up ++stairs to get to the main town where restaurants and shops are. I do not believe that the room itself was worth the amount we paid. This was one of the most nicest/expensive accomodations of our trip and we were so excited for our stay here. Our room had mould in the shower, the shower door did not close properly and the bed was hard it felt like a plinth. I attempted to discuss this further with the staff regarding a change of room with no success or alternative solution to my concerns. Other than that, having breakfast included was good and most of the other staff we interacted with were really friendly and helpful. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Hotel Il Faro to any of my family or friends visiting Sorrento.
GGuest UserIf you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot.
Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around.
The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included.
The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do.
All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

放放浪旅First of all, it's not a hostel, but a hotel in front of the station, and the price is exceptional. Although it was close to the central station, the cobblestone pavement in Naples was so rough that it felt far away (lol). The room was extremely small. I was actually impressed that such a small hotel existed. For some reason, Google Maps pointed me to the back of the hotel, and I was only able to get there after being guided by a local, so I'd better be careful. There's no elevator, so it might be difficult for people with big luggage. The only amenities are shampoo. Also, while I was sleeping, I was bitten by a strange insect in 8 places (I don't think it was a tick since there were no blood-sucking marks...), and on top of that, I got a lot of bites on my right hand, and my right hand was swollen all over 😂 Even though I didn't even scratch it. Isn't it dangerous that the place where you were bitten becomes swollen?
However, all the employees were kind! The free breakfast was also delicious!
