I book this hotel in the middle of the highway near Orleans (France) for a night stop during long road trip. It was a business trip, not leasure. I arrived to the hotel at 22:30 and found out there was a big open music festival just near the basement (around 100 mts) with a terrible noise of disco music and crowds of mostly young people moving around all the hotel. I asked for a quiet room and they told me it was impossible, as all hotel was full with the people participating in the festival. They also confirmed me festival will last until 6:00 a.m., the time I was planning to leave to continue my trip. So, seeing no possibility to rest after 1000 kms drive this day and another 1000 next one, I told them I will not take the room and I will find another hotel away from the noise. I asked them to refdund money paid, but they refused and told me I have to come next day early morning to talk to responsible. There were a couple from Netherlands with the same problem, asnd we decided to go together to find a new hoteñl, which we found 20 kms away. Finally I could go to sleep at 00:30. Next day in the mornong I went back to the hotel, but again the same answer: they cluld do nothing there, I had to ask for refund by email. I sent the email, both to hotel Ibis and Customer Service Accor Spain, where I have booked the room, but the answer was again the same: no refund because room was available for me and I denied to take it. I booked this room to sleep, not to go to a party. They should advice of what was programmed before, so I could have save time and the money they now refuse to refund. My complain is not only for the hotel itself, who refused to refund with a not very polite tone (though perhaps it is because of language?), but also for the Customer Service of Accor Group, which is from where I made the reservation and should held their responsability. At least, when you make reservations through other travel agencies, they usually do something more. I will never again go to an Accor Group hotel if I can choose

La chambre est conforme au style de l'hôtel, correcte, propre, les oreillers sont des crêpes, le produit de douche est souvent vide ... 2 serviettes, 1 verre en carton pour deux personnes pour se rincer la bouche un peu réducteur ... suppression des petits savon ... et petits déjeuners qui ont bien augmentés mais pas en qualité, des grands pots de confiture avec des cuillères qui ne sont pas assez grandes ... pas de yaourt, pas de choix de pain, mini croissants et mini pains au chocolats pour quand même près de 9 euros ... seule la compote de pommes et le fromage blanc sont validés ...à éviter !

Me cobraron dos veces por la misma reserva , al comunicarle al hotel del doble cargo para que me delvolvieran el dinero, todo han sido excusas y demoras. Al final no me lo han devuelto, un timo. I have been cheated, I have paid twice for the same room. When i have informed the hotele , they just give me false excuses and they do not give my money back.

Quarto de hotel minusculo, sem armario ou prateleira para acomodar roupas, quarto muito quente. A pia ficava dentro do quarto, o local de banho é separado e o box é muito pequeno, o vaso sanitário é num local independente. O estacionamento é privativo e gratuito.

Accueil très impoli et désagréable. La réceptionniste était plus enclin à répondre a ses messages sur son téléphone portable que à ses clients... Hôtel propre chambre petite et literie très inconfortable. Nous avons du faire le lit en arrivant. L'emplacement est le seul point positif. La personne au petit-déjeuner était plus professionnel.
