Room was small which is OK since I just slept there. Bathroom is not clean - found long dark hair in bathtub after I took shower (I am blond). Customer service is not attentive. And top notch is refrigerator with a lock. And yes I asked for a key and was ready to leave a deposit requested but been ignored. Definitely not 5 star hotel as advertised on their site.

The hotel did not notify the power outage in advance. The power outage lasted from 12:00 at night until 10:00 the next day. There was no air conditioning, no elevator, no windows, no breakfast, and the front desk did not explain.
