Exceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City!
Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name.
We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again.
