Internet keep on disconnecting , shower sewage is blocked. The toilet floor has water splashed

Okay place to stay. The staff were courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was satisfying. The furniture in the room was less than desirable and there were no windows with a view, only opaque false windows. Lighting is poor for applying makeup. The bed was firmer than my liking but still provide a good nights rest. Water pressure was excellent.

I really liked the hotel, only one small problem. The cards that occasionally deprogram but during my stay everything was fine, there was always hot water and bathroom amenities

The online reservation through Trip.com is horrible, total fraud, you lose your money if you omit a piece of information or make a mistake on the date, no one helps you, they keep your money in a ********* way, neither the hotel nor the application they take responsibility
