The staff in the reception, she told me to buy it at 15 when I asked to have a plug for mobile phone.
When I arrived the hotel to check in, the staff asked me to pay @107.00 by credit card including 7.00 for tax(?) . When I checked out, the staff never refunded it. How I need to pay tips for them.
Their service was not good😞😩

Spacious room, 5mins walking distance to tram station that can reach Geneva Lake....one set of amenities was prepared for room booked for 2 adults and 1 kids. Good spread of breakfast.
Relatively new and shuttle bus service go Airport is available.
