We spent two days un the hotel saint sauveur and can highly recommend it. Recently renovated in a very modern style we had a nice and spacious room. A special recommendation for the restaurant which serves a really excellent French cuisine, far more advanced than you would expect in such a remote location. For hotel guest a half-board formula is proposed which is very attractive. We were very happy and can only recommend it

Chambre très propre et fonctionnelle, très bonne literie. Très bon restaurant, belles saveurs et plats très originaux, copieux. Bonne situation et la terrasse doit être agréable en été. Petites attentions sympas dans la suite (bouilloire machine à café baignoire d’angle)

Tres bel hôtel avec une décoration moderne dans un hôtel particulier du 18eme siècle. Un bel arbre centenaire trône au niveau de l’entrée principal accédant à la terrasse. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. La literie était parfaite. En plus, le couple de gérant est très sympathique !

Établissement plein de charme, décoré avec goût. L'accueil y est sympathique et la chambre confortable et bien équipée. Les petits déjeuner servis dans une très belle salle à manger présentent des produits locaux de qualité. Une mention particulière pour le restaurant gastronomique : des plats dignes des meilleures tables à un tarif raisonnable élaborés par le Chef seul en cuisine, qui gère aussi l'hôtel et la salle avec son épouse qui tient dans le même temps la brasserie située en contrebas. Une veritable prouesse dont on ne pourrait se douter au regard de la qualité de l'accueil et des prestations. Chapeau ! Très bonne expérience, je recommande cet endroit.

Un très bel escalier qui enlasse un très bel arbre, c'est remarquable. C'est un très bel hôtel, dans une belle demeure, très confortable. Petite équipe efficace passionnée et sympathique. très bon restaurant gastronomique, très bonne literie. on a apprécié le très très bon fromage au petit déjeuner. très bien placé pour faire de belles boucles de randonnées et se promener dans Meyrueis.

Hôtel ancien rénové avec goût. Nous avions la chambre « Romantique » décorée avec goût. La salle de bains est un peu petite et la douche pas très pratique. Par rapport aux hôtels précédents lors de notre virée, le petit déjeuner est un peu cher pour les produits proposés.

Hôtel très confortable et très bien situé pour découvrir les gorges de la Jonte, les gorges du Tarn ainsi que les causses Méjean. Accueil très bienveillant, prix doux, je recommande. Réservation conseillée.

Une très belle bâtisse ancienne avec de grands et beaux volumes en plein centre du village . Chambre bien agencée et salle de bain très propre. Un accueil et un service professionnel et attentionné. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour chez nos hôtes.
