Location is very good - the beach is very close, bus stop is near, a couple of food store nearby. The hotel is neat and cozy, the breakfasts are standard (baguette, jam, spread, cake, coffee/chai) and you allowed to keep your food in the fridge. The stuff is polite and positive, owner speaks Russian fluently. Of course there is a mosque not far and you can woke up in the night if prefer to sleep with the open door at balcony. Wifi is in the hall area
