Spa Hotels in Mezraia

I met a wonderfull guest relation here named Khouloud and she made my vacation really hospitable.I hope i will come again and see her on some better buissunes spot.We will for sure come next year!Keep it as way it is!!!!!Food is amazing but people working here are more amazing!!!!!

We spent 10 days here and were absolutely awed by the direct access to the beach. Loved all the facilities provided, gym, pool, table tennis and all inclusive food and drinks. The best thing is that besides 3 meals a day guests can drink cocktails at the bar and have snacks throughout the day until 4am. I really loved the on premises, Medusa bar equipped with its own DJ thanks to whom the music and ambiance were great,we danced every night after dinner. There's also a Moorish cafe where clients can have tea and chicha, the setting is authentic with the server dressed as a genie, he serves the best mint tea in the hotel. I think this hotel has the best beach in Djerba as the others aren't direct or as clean. I felt really safe and happy in this hotel thanks to all the staff who took care of me, from the cleaning to the dinning staff, managers and Barmen and a special thanks to the DJ who played a bollywood song for me. A very friendly doctor was also available on site. We will definitely be coming back in future.

Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating. Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time. Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!! Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast

Staying at this hotel was the most amazing thing! We loved absolutely everything. The beach and pool was fantastic and so clean! Accomodation was really nice a clean, really comfortable! Food was really delicious and there were many choices so everyone could find what is the best for him. Staying there was like a dream! We really enjoyed especially the whole programme made by the greatest team of animators ever. There were no time to get bored! Especially thanks to Nino, he was really nice to us, and of course the best dancer ever, learned us many dance steps! :) beach party, zumba party, spectacles every day, many many games, it was the real fun! I highly recommend this hotel! You wont regret, I swear! Thanks for everything!

J'étais déjà venu à Djerba en famille au mois de mai dans un autre hôtel. Cette fois, j'y retourne avec ma famille et décide d'y emmener ma copine. Pour la première fois nous séjournons au Dar El Bhar. Nous avions réservé une chambre double à coté de celle de ma soeur mais celle-ci était déjà prise. Nous nous somme retrouvés, ma copine et moi, dans une chambre demandant quelques réparations et quelques soins. Nous avons parlé de nos problèmes le soir même et nous avons été pris au sérieux directement. Dès le lendemain, une nouvelle chambre nous à été attribuée et celle-ci, dédiée à une famille, était plus spacieuse et confortable. Finalement, nous avons passé 10 jours au top ! Voici les petits + et - que nous pouvons dire sur notre séjour. Les plus + : +C'est un petit hôtel avec peu de monde donc très calme mais attention, il n'y a pas de service d'animation (pour nous ça nous convenait très bien :)) +Nous n'étions pas en demi-pension mais nous avons quelques fois manger au restaurant de l'hôtel. La qualité du service d'ALI (serveur du restaurant). Il est excellent, professionnel et très rigolo. Un homme avec beaucoup de charisme et d'humour. Les plats sont copieux et très bon. ATTENTION à leur harissa, elle décape :) +Toutes les équipes, dont le staff de la réception, des valets avec le magique RACHID et la douce SONIA et de la sécurité sont parfaites. +Personnes très chaleureuses et souriantes, elles travaillent très dur mais jour après jour elles continuent d'avoir le sourire et sont très réceptives aux questions qu'on leur pose. +Hôtel très cozy et charmant. La cour intérieure met vraiment la place en valeur. Les oiseaux et nos amis les chats amènent une belle ambiance au lieu. Beaucoup de cachet! +Buffet du petit déjeuner très correct, avec des crêpes fraîches faites devant vous. +Petit magasin à 5 minutes à pied pour souvenirs, cigarettes, boissons et snacks etc. +Piscine et accès direct à la mer en arrière de l'hôtel. +Bar ”les pieds dans le sable”. +Des snacks peuvent être cuisinés dans la journée en cas de petite faim au bord de la piscine. Les bricks sont excellentes. On peut également demander des olives, des cacahuètes et autres petits grignotages. Les moins - : -Les serveurs du bar (jour et soirée) ont de la difficulté à comprendre ce qu'on leur demande : ils acquiescent, mais la commande n'est pas souvent juste. Nous pensons que tous les serveurs devraient recevoir une journée de cours pour se perfectionner dans le service et dans la confection des boissons (les cocktails étaient toujours fait différemment). -Manque de dynamique et de sourire (nous avons conscience des petits salaires et la difficulté qu'on les Tunisiens mais nous payons un service tout de même). -Le soir, la musique est très correcte par le DJ Karim (mention spéciale à ses cocktails et son professionnalisme, c'est le responsable du bar) mais à partir de 23h, les chanteurs de musique Tunisienne chantent extrêmement fort dans leurs micros et ce

We stayed in this hotel for two weeks from the end of October to the beginning of November. We had a great time. The hotel and the pool area are lovely, clean and in very good condition. The rooms are comfortable. The staff, including cleaning personnel, waiter, bartenders, maintenance, restaurant staff and garden personnel, is friendly and does their best to make your holiday perfect. When the waiters in the restaurant found out about my birthday, they surprised me with a cake and a birthday song. The food is great!! There is always a good variety of different dishes. You can try typical Tunisian food but, e.g., pizza and pasta are also available. Vegetarians always find good options (show cooked fried and grilled vegetables!!!). Everything is freshly prepared and of high quality. The dessert buffet in particular always looks tempting and is great. The beach is very close and gets cleaned regularly. There are cute and friendly beach dogs who like to be petted and peacefully hang out there. So if you don’t like dogs, they won’t bother you. The main contribution to our great holiday was made by the animation team from Club Jumbo. There are activities for all preferences and age groups. The animation team nicely adapted the level of the activities to the fitness of the participants. We participated in the gymnastics, aqua gymnastics, dance courses, retro dance in the evening, morning walks along the beach, zumba, yoga, abs workout and step aerobics. Other activities such as darts, water polo, beach volleyball, boules and mini golf were also offered. Tennis and football courts were available. We enjoyed every minute. You feel that the team is dedicated to their work and skilled. So fun.), Momo (Best Lambada dancer, thanks for keeping us in shape with workouts ^^), Tito (Don’t want to miss you during retro dance!), Vika (First time we met a German animatrice, wonderful with kids. It was soo nice to meat you!), Willi (THE entertainer, fun step aerobics) and Ziko (supportive team player and keeps the mood up!). We miss you!
