Having been here twice before I was happy to rebook for this holiday, however, I was left disappointed. The lounge in the unit was stained and saggy. The blinds in the bedroom were filthy, the bin was dirty/rusty and the balcony had not been swept and had weeds. Oh, and there was only one teaspoon. We asked to be moved to a different apartment, which they did without fuss. That unit was OK. I think the apartment complex is being looked after by someone who just doesn't care - they do their job but nothing more. Very much in need of some TLC. There are plenty of places to stay on the Gold Coast, so we won't be returning to this one.

Filthy dirty unclean, mould on drawers, floors dirty, rubbish in bed drawers, food under couch, dirty dishes.no clean mat or hand towels with service, 1 service for 10 day stay, no extra tea bags rubbish bags toilet rolls with service. Pool area clean but closed early with no warning to guests. Have stayed here a few times-Will never stay here again.

The ‘superior’ room we paid for had not been renovated as advertised and did not reflect any of the photos on the web site. Furniture was old, mismatched and filthy. Bathrooms were mouldy and dirty. Main bathroom shower screen was missing the door. Walls were dirty. Air conditioning barely cooled the room even after the filters were cleaned. Fans were dusty and ineffective. Would not recommend this hotel at all. The only positive comment I can leave this hotel is the beds were comfortable.
