Do not recommend. Very complicated, online check-in process.
Asked to check in a few hours early just to put down our bags --- it was $20/hr fee for each hour early. Also same but more expensive for check-out.
"Renovated" property, but not done well...however it still says "Alden Hotel" outside and nothing about Found by Miami Sonder.... poor service, rude staff. Also very FEW staff. The bathroom is so small that it's humorous.... we had their largest king room available by the way.
Location: it's Miami beach so everything's expensive but this hotel literally faces a BUSY highway and instead of the beach. The beach is a 5 minute walk... just 2 streets over but you cannot see anything from this ancient, poorly renovated hotel.
Bar Luca is a standout and much better than the hotel. Great bartenders.
