The hotel is at a great location. It’s however very tired. Was half empty. Our tap continuously dripping, roadworks outside and the aircon is humming throughout the hotel at a lulling 35db. If you just want a bed, using earplugs when sleeping and believe $2000+ for a room for a week is just fine then this hotel is great. Breakfast is a set menu thing. Ended up using Uber eats as it gave more variety and was cheaper for a family of 4. Radisson here looks like it has ran out of ambition to be great. Maintenance is of poor standard. The door to the pool has come off its hinges, a hole in the lift call plate for your kids to poke their finger in is complementary. Cleanliness in reception of the soft seating is not great, the staff visibly do not want to be there with their permanent upside down smiles. If Miami wasn’t as great as it was then the hotel would have ruined the holiday. Great transport links. An Uber from the airport to the hotel is around $70. The bus however is $2.25 per person and gets you there quicker. Download the Miami transit app for times. It’s the 150 bus and stops at 42st and the hotel is at 43st. We took the bus on the way back to the airport. To get around Miami Beach you can take the free ‘Trolley’ and Ubers are everywhere. Miami great. Hotel not so good. We did not eat at the hotel once as it looked so bad. A breakfast buffet is the least you want with all the American favourites. Go to Miami - it’s great. Don’t pick this hotel if you want a good hospitality experience.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The first room provided was dirty, and the windows were not cleaned. When I raised the issue, I was informed it was because the dirt was on the outside, which I found unsatisfactory as windows should still be properly maintained. The staff helped us switch to an ocean-view room, but unfortunately, it was not much better. The bathroom was particularly concerning, as I found several hairs despite specifically requesting the housekeeping team to ensure thorough cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel’s overall cleanliness and maintenance standards seemed lacking. The lobby had an unpleasant odor, and the elevators were outdated and uncomfortably small. For the price paid, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

We had an amazing weekend here. Rosie was the most attentive, kind, knowledgeable bartender ever. Maggie was able to answer every question we had. Amazing location, walk out of the hotel and you’re treated to a beautiful pool and the beach.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would—one star is far too generous for the disgraceful experience we had. I deeply regret not reading the reviews before booking, because it would have saved us from one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever endured. Let me start by saying that the rooms are mediocre at best and the location, while passable, does nothing to make up for the appalling service and downright disrespectful staff. For a Radisson-branded property, this place is an embarrassment. It doesn’t even scrape the bottom of what you’d expect from a three-star hotel, let alone meet the standards Radisson claims to uphold in Europe. The rooms are tired and outdated, furnished with cheap plastic balcony chairs and sunbeds that look like they belong in a budget roadside motel. We had no WiFi for over a day and a half—unacceptable in 2025—and the staff couldn’t have cared less. Our reservation was originally for two nights, and we added an extra night in advance. At check-in, we explicitly told them we didn’t care which room we were in as long as we didn’t have to switch during our stay. What did they do? Asked us to move rooms anyway. When we reminded the receptionist that this had been agreed upon the day before, she called us liars—yes, liars. Unbelievable. To make matters worse, a male staff member came to help with a TV issue while I was alone and made me feel visibly uncomfortable. He looked me up and down in a way that was clearly inappropriate. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and should be taken seriously by any hotel with even a shred of professionalism or basic respect for guests. I also asked housekeeping to check the fridge in our original room for my medication on the day we moved. I was ignored not once, not twice, but three times. They refused, claiming the room was already occupied, and I never got my medication back. This wasn’t just negligent—it was cruel and dismissive. To top it all off, not a single receptionist seemed to know the manager’s surname, and unsurprisingly, the manager was mysteriously never available during our entire 3-night stay. Convenient. If all you care about is being in a half-decent location and don’t mind staying in run-down rooms staffed by rude, unprofessional, and inappropriate people, then sure—this hotel might work for you. But if you’re expecting even a basic level of service, decency, or safety, avoid this place like the plague. This hotel is a complete disgrace to the Radisson name.

I stayed at the Radisson Miami recently March 27 2025 and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. After checking out, I noticed that I had been overcharged. I contacted the hotel right away, and the manager acknowledged the mistake and agreed to refund a portion of the extra charge. However, it has now been over 10 days, and I still haven’t received the refund. I followed up several times, but the issue remains unresolved. This kind of customer service is very frustrating and disappointing, especially from a hotel brand I expected more from. I hope they resolve this soon, but as of now, I cannot recommend this location.

Unfortunately they have unqualified valet attendants, you pay a lot money for nothing. We clearly listen to the girls talking about not knowing how to parked a vehicle. It doesn’t give you peace of mind you are leaving your belongings to UNQUALIFIED people. Skip this location if possible

I can imagine that when going to Miami Beach, you'd want to go all in on an expensive resort with everyone holding the doors for you when you go somewhere. While the Radisson doesn't do that (because their doors are automatic), their staff are very kind and courteous, their lobby has great music vibes, VERY clean, with great access to CVS down the street, affordable meal options and immediate access to the beach. Forget going down to SOBE! The beach was well maintained, with lounge chair/umbrella/towel access, as well as a very inviting pool experience. Very quiet and enjoyable. The rooms were also very cozy, with limited interruptions from area hotels (It was Miami Music Week, so SOME loud noise is expected during the day). My only take away from this hotel are some minor cosmetic imperfections (foil sticker covering a hole at Lobby elevators, ware/tare from the weather, shower head strength). Would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel for someone who isn't spending all day in the room, but loves immediate access to the beach.

Great Place to live if you want to enjoy quiet place near beach. My room was road facing though they have Beach facing room with balcony. The rooms are fine equipped with all standard amenities. Pool is decent size, they have direct access to beach. Bar located lobby level is good. It is slightly away from tourist place which is from 5th to 8th ST.

The room to small, I feel like I'm staying in a closet. No window or balcony to get fresh air in to hear the ocean what good is it to have an oceanfront room when you can't enjoy the ocean. No Bar to sit at while waiting for my fiancé to get ready. No servers at the pool. At the beach, the beach attedent has no towels, so you have to walk back in and get your own at the pool. TV did not work, could not get into Netflix. And the worst, your Wi-Fi is lousy and you can't get a good signal. Also, the password has been compromised per Google. Google give you a warning to change the password because you've been hacked. What a joke. I really have nothing good to say about the hotel. I don't find myself as a difficult person, but there is nothing good about this hotel. As far as a value, I can't believe we paid $500 a night to stay at this place. Thats a joke! I'm not that person to leave reviews on the Internet, but in this case, I‘m definitely leaving a negative review on this hotel.
