Best Miami Beach Hotels

"This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic."

"The room is on the small side, but it's okay for being right on the beach. The towels are not very clean and there are often stains that cannot be washed away. The room is equipped with beach chairs that can be taken out to the beach, and towels are also provided at the front desk. Breakfast is basically the same every day, and the hot food will be changed every day. The selection is basically enough. It's quite convenient to buy things for daily use. There is a large CVS downstairs."

"The first room we were offered was dirty (dirty carpet, dirty bathroom and a lot of dust. We went to complain and they gave us a clean one. Service is not good. It depends a lot on the person serving you. The restaurant's exceptional food is fourth. Great pool. Good place."

The restaurant is the barbecue of Francis Mallmann, the Argentine chef. It is worth a try. There is also an omakase that can be reserved. The ingredients are very fresh and creative."

"Our experience was very bad. Check in took 30 minutes. We went to the beach to discover there was NO BEACH CHAIRS available. Just terrible. We had to lay on our towels in the sand.The front desk person was a trainee and did not have the correct knowledge of the rooms as she said one of our rooms had a partial beach view when in fact it had a front beach view. The other room she said had a partial view when in fact it had NO BEACH view. You had to go onto the terrace to see a sliver of water at the extreme left."
