The service is average, the facilities are good, and the service attitude at the front desk is very bad. Very impatient. Ask the front desk hotel what content, let us see for ourselves. The hotel's environmental protection concept is very good, but I hope the service can also keep up.

This was my third stay at Eden Roc, fantastic hotel – However, my third stay has shifted my thoughts. The bedsheets had a stain on them and my room was left open by housekeeping (thankfully nothing was taken, I guess no-one entered but this is a huge concern) – I was told to take this up with management and that I’d be offered compensation for a future stay (although when calling the front desk / eden roc number it says they’re not available and only connects you with off-site staff…) Very disappointed as the previous stays were fantastic.

It’s pretty good that the room door was changed when we checked in, which led us to change the room and waited for most of the night. Other facilities such as swimming pools are great and you can walk directly to the beach.

Hotel Assassin edition, the service attitude is very good, but the location is very unfriendly, there are no shops next to it, and it is very expensive to take a taxi to the south beach, and it is a long way to go. It is not recommended if you are not only staying in the hotel.

The location is very good, but the service staff has no service awareness, and the cleaning staff does not speak English well. The room decoration is good, but the hygiene is average.

The room smelt damp, mouldy… not the best smell for a RC hotel. They shut the A/C down one night for maintenance and the room got uncomfortably hot. That then teamed with a fire alarm at 1am & then again at 5am (obviously caused by the work being carried out) was not a great night stay. After all a hotels basic fulfilment is for a place to sleep!! The staff at the hotel were great 5 star service from the beach, pool, doormen/valet and checkin.

It's the second time I've stayed~ the overall feeling is very good! My favorite hotel in Miami. There is nothing to say about the service, sanitation and aesthetic scenery. Praise praise praise. The restaurant is the barbecue of Francis Mallmann, the Argentine chef. It is worth a try. There is also an omakase that can be reserved. The ingredients are very fresh and creative.

The hotel is located in Miami Beach and a taxi to Miami International Airport costs $ 40. Close to pharmacies, various restaurants, 24-hour supermarkets, and gas stations! Very convenient!
