It is not a great place, and even though I had read the bad reviews, I still chose it because it was one of the only options for the budget I had. Even though I had my expectations very low, the place did not exceed them. If you ONLY need a bed to sleep in and are out during the day, it can be considered. But the following speaks against it: -old and worn out. Some of the things could easily be fixed, like a rusty shower head in the shower and some other small things that could easily be repaired or fixed -there is spider´s web in the ceiling and on the walls, this is what I call ”authentic” - but it could easily be cleaned as well but has probably been there for long -wi-fi is average, hops on and off and different coverage depending on where u are in the room -close to the Biscayne Blvd which is very busy, so avoid room 101 and 102, if possible. The lady in the reception was quite serviceminded and helpful, but this place really need a massive renovation in order to become a nice place again. Only opt for it if you are on a budget, and consider paying a bit more to get something better. The location is ok with shopping and resturants along the Biscayne Blvd.

Stayed here on two seperate occasions and a mwmorable experience each time. To begin with, the hotel is conveniently located in Doral, a suburb of greater miami without its hustle & bustle. The building is well maintained and the premises are kept clean & manicured. Infact, even though this hotwl is not a full service hotwl, it offers all the major ammenities a traveller would require. This includes spacious rooms, a pool, gym, onsite laundry facilities, free parkinf, and free continental breakfast; all at a reasonable daily rate. What made the stays memorable is the simple fact that every staff member did they could to make a geust feel welcome and at home. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

#positive #I was happy with the Mosquito Control Measures, Natural Light in the Room, Nearby Shops, Nearby Activities; downtown will be much cheaper, and staying for a few days is not necessary for people with limited budgets.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are not particularly large but clean and tidy. The hotel has an airport bus, but not every half hour. Go to the airport in the morning and make a reservation at the front desk the day before. Breakfast was too late to eat and looked okay. Eating around was okay, not too many businesses. It is more convenient to drive.

Upon arrival the lady that checked us in 7/29 around 4pm was very nice and gave us all the informations about the hotel. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and had a good night sleep at your hotel.Breakfast is a plus.Cookies at the front desk are really delicious.Highly recommend this property

Out of various hotels my husband and I have stayed at this one is pretty good with a couple minor things to take into consideration. It has good location being right off of a major highway. There are many shops that are not that far but you will want to drive it instead of walking. The pool is outside and it is good size for a hotel. Surprisingly, the breakfast included fresh, scrambled eggs, bacon, and meat, which you don’t often get at hotels. Being gluten-free, especially appreciated that! The room itself was quite spacious and beds were comfortable. where we ran into some concerns with the cleanliness of the bathroom, you could tell that the tub was getting older. I can get the TV to turn on, but there was no cable or satellite hooked up so if we didn’t have our iPads, we would’ve had no entertainment for the weekend . Our air conditioner also stopped for a period of time, so being in Miami, that was a concern too. For something close and convenient this would be a choice but if you wanted more fancier, you may want to look elsewhere.
