房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格很時尚。房間打掃得乾淨衞生，周圍有很多吃飯的餐廳和火鍋店。很方便。早餐免費。值得入住

這麼多年第一次半夜起來換酒店，房間空間夠大，佈局也算合理，但是：前台完全沒有服務，電梯裏味道很難聞，房間被子都是煙味兒，房間蚊子沒滅蚊設備，半夜被蚊子咬的不輕，讓送滅蚊器等了半個小時，房間電話是擺設，窗户關不了，街邊很吵，不停有車經過，彷彿睡在大路上……和連鎖平價酒店差距很大……住的太不舒服，真心不推薦

服務態度真心不好，房卡忘記拿了，給前台説，等下回來幫忙開下房間，前台詢問，幾點回來，我們説目前訂不到，前台回覆的是到時再説嘛，我的天，這什麼態度，作為一個前台最基本的專業術語都不會説嗎，相比起去年住的時候，服務態度差了太多了，

衞生：第一次遇到浴室裏麪全是飛蟲，不曉得打掃過沒有。
設施：浴巾全是洞，不知道用了幾年了，給人感覺就是臟

衞生做的不錯的酒店，位置方便就在老城區天河這邊，門口就可以吃到好吃的大刀牛肉米粉，客房服務態度好，還可以喝茶打牌
