可以説衞生狀況和管理都非常離譜了。
我們定了兩間，十一點四十到達，説衹有一間打掃出來，第二件要兩點，我就帶着孩子出去逛到14:40回來，告訴我還無法入住，説是前一家退房晚了，那我很不高興的，清平這麼小，我給了三個小時的緩沖都沒沒法入住。
結果入住了之後更離譜，我進去先檢查了入口的幾樣東西：1、茶壺裡麪全是茶渣，拿水壺下樓非狡辯説是水垢，水垢要是清洗了也不會流動吧？2、小童刷牙杯上麪還是別人的牙膏漬；3、茶具的茶杯裏面也是黑色茶渣。等於説所有的入口的東西都沒情洗，更別説消毒了。我給攜程投訴後他們拿下去清洗，並不是立馬更換乾淨的，所以他們是無法消毒的。
角落裡的蜘蛛網，廁所地上的水沒弄我都不説了。
樓下院子挺好看，到處堆垃圾；二樓的入户門把手都爛的；屋裡沒啥紗窗。
u1s1，衞浴用品用的是很不錯的，還是漢斯格雅，洗澡出水很快，但鑒於入住的衞生心理陰影，洗起來也不愉快了。

房間乾淨明亮無異味，床品柔軟好入眠，前台服務熱情又高效，早餐種類豐富超好吃，下次來還選這！位置超讚近地鐵，出門逛超方便，房間隔音超棒超安靜，工作人員隨叫隨到，體驗感拉滿！
裝修簡約又有格調，衞生細節超到位，夜床服務很貼心，離景區近省時間，性價比絕了！

這裏的環境很好，坐在公共區域喝茶很舒適，還有圖書室和朋友一起待在這裏，很開心。早餐也很不錯，服務員的態度都很好，還貼心的給我接了開水在保温杯里麪。這家民宿用具也都很在線，裝飾很漂亮。

洗漱用品很好，洗髮露之類的都是一次性的，小院環境很舒適，住在這裏呼吸新鮮空氣很愜意，服務人員態度也好，咖啡☕️也好喝喲！在這裏的日子很短暫，但是我很開心的得到了放鬆。

環境：就在螢飛谷對面，橋下面，位置很好，我們訂的別墅套房，景色很好，就在河邊，還定了幾個大床房，大床房就看不到河景。套房很適合一家人出行，有個大客廳還帶大冰箱，樓上還有個露台，可惜沒有打造出來。
衞生：不大好，房間很多地方看上去沒打掃乾淨，桌面看上去還有灰塵。樓下泳池好臟，池底都是苔蘚。
設施：每個房間都有浴缸，別墅房每個房間還不一樣，有的有陽台有的浴缸大。
精美下午茶:下午茶就是茶或者咖啡再加一份花生和糖，我們吃完早飯才點的。
迷你吧:沒有。
螢飛谷觀光門票:每個房間都送了門票，景區説白天不要錢隨便逛，晚上要票。
