酒店在勉縣的位置不錯，出入非常方便。前台服務態度一般。酒店價格實惠，還帶早餐。夜晚安靜、不吵鬧。在該縣城來説此酒店很不錯。

前台服務員態度惡劣，傲慢無禮！房間可以，但噪音很大，估計是空調外機。還有就是早上查房慢，車在路口停，很不方便！落後的是微信付的按金居然不能原路返回，衹能等待查房完成，人工付款。保安大叔態度值得表揚！

房間的硬件真的很好，但是服務的確很差，在攜程網上訂的是數碼房。但是到了給的613廁所對着床，廁所味道很大，我第一次下樓給服務員説換飯，並明確告訴服務員我訂的是數碼房，服務員給我換了611還告訴我説，房型有不一樣，611房依然廁所對着床，整個房間根本就不是攜程網上數碼房圖片，然後我第二次下樓到前台，並明確出示在攜程網上數碼房訂單和數碼房的圖片，告訴她數碼房裡應該有電腦吧！前台服務員很不耐煩的説數碼房沒有了，房錢給我退了。大冬天晚上8點多了…我説退可以，我要先打攜程問一下明明訂單成功了，房卻沒了，服務員見我要投訴，又連忙説有數碼房，最後開了606房。整個宏志大酒店硬件設施還不錯，可是服務員整體水平差，服務意識垃圾超級垃圾，明明訂好數碼房，非要把最差的房給從網上訂的顧客？一點契約精神都沒有

酒店門口車亂停亂放，沒有停車場，必然就是素質低下的人把別人車堵住在馬路牙子上，酒店必須加強這方面管理，規劃整理加派人手管理車位！
