晚上10點左右入住，一到酒店前台讓我們加她微信，我們把訊息發過來之後，前台告知我們，我們訂的房型沒有了，她把這個房型關了但是平台還是讓我們訂到了這個房型，她讓我們要麼補20差價，要麼就是退費。但是晚上10點了，我還要重新訂房，而且這不是我造成的問題，讓我來承擔這個問題。雖然後來她幫我們換了房間，但是最開始就是想要我們加錢。
酒店所在的地方，特別陰暗，全是還在裝修中的，我們晚上去買完夜宵之後，通往電梯和大廳的燈全部關了，走在回大廳的路上特別嚇人，幾乎沒有燈，而且第二天一早不到七點就開始施工，非常大聲！！！大聲到讓人很崩潰，非常吵，我們聯繫前台，前台告知我們他們跟物業溝通，是在我生氣之後他們菜説聯繫物業查一下。然後又告知我們，是週一正常時間要裝修，但是我們作為住客，不到七點就開始非常大聲的施工真的非常影響睡眠，非常吵，你們要入住之前可以問清楚施工還沒有，否則會吵到你們懷疑人生。住宿環境還可以吧，但是服務態度會讓你非常不爽
