設施：比較好，衞生間稍小，中檔挺乾淨酒店配置。
衞生：挺乾淨。
環境：酒店位於一棟樓的聯合體，內有茶館、寫字間，地下車庫提供免費停車位。早餐能找到合自己胃口食物。
服務：比較好。
下午茶沒有體驗。

凱菲特酒店超過了我的預期，沒辦理住宿之前，酒店前台工作人員主動聯繫我，問我多久到，並且引原定房間已滿，還給我免費做了房型省級。入住後，發現房間乾淨舒適，裝修也很漂亮，隔音效果好，整夜休息的很好。次日，退房後，打掃衞生人員收拾房間時發現我掉落的物品，酒店前台及時通知的，我也在離開綿陽之前順利將東西拿到，對此，我向工作人員表示衷心地感謝。

酒店網上定的價格很便宜，聽説還是政府接待協議酒店，所以位置很好找，出租車司機基本都知道。酒店周邊有大的購物超市、餐飲店等！酒店訂好後入住的前一天酒店美女打電話再次確認並詢問有沒有其他要求，這讓人感覺很舒心。前台的小姐姐很美，小哥哥（漢中老鄉😂）還有點害羞，太可愛了😂，辦理入住手續簡單、快捷，還送了2人的免費茶餐廳券。
入住的房間寬敞很智能，由小愛同學智能管控🤩。內部設施較新，也很乾凈、整潔👍，躺在沙發上高高地看着樓下的大街、車輛、行人在毛毛細雨中匆匆而過，不由地多了幾分愜意、幾分悠閑！
綿陽市是個好地方，人美、食美，下次去還住這家了，真心不錯的酒店👍
特別感謝前台的小姐姐和小哥哥們，總是笑臉相迎，説話又客氣，讓人倍感親切和温暖！👍👍👍

酒店員工態度非常親切，熱情周到。各項設施也很齊全，床鋪舒適，空調和熱水供應良好。地理位置優越，交通便利，附近有公共交通站點，方便出行。
早餐不錯，口味地道，食材新鮮，給人味蕾舒適的享受。最關鍵酒店的衞生情況非常好。

房間即使朝向馬路也比較安靜，房間整潔乾淨，無異味；早餐豐富品種多，米粉超讚，入住當天送了下午茶，深秋午後在4樓茶社外面坐一會安撫浮躁的心靈。服務看到我們買了蘋果還摸摸送了一把削皮刀✌︎（ ᐛ ）✌︎

住了很多酒店，這家酒店最哇噻了，訂房後，很快就收到了酒店前台小鄧打來的電話，詢問我有什麼接待需求，我告訴她枕頭不要太高就行了。結果到店後進房就看見服務員準備的頸枕，還有女士內衣洗滌劑，服務太細緻了，知道我們**胞住店的隱形需求，房間佈置得的也很温馨，下次還會再來的。
