本來訂的標間給安排了大床，大床房的下水不通，和前台溝通換了一間房，結果換的房間又小又臟，而且衞生間的馬桶和馬桶圈都不配套，根本都沒辦法做。本來第1間房安排的不合適，按道理來説正常操作都應該是給同等級的換房或者是升級房間，結果沒想到換到了比第1間房更撇的房間，我問前台能否升級房間前台迴應我説必須加錢才能升級，本以為是因為入住率高所以不給換，結果入住以後發現整個酒店也就衹有我們零星的三五間房在住人，其他的都沒有住人我想請問這麼多的空房率為什麼不能升級房間呢？之前家人來綿陽都是安排在這裏住宿，但是這次不管是從住房設施環境還是人員服務，各方面都非常糟糕。

通洲府酒店特別差，網上下單時顯示的是22一25平米精緻房間，實際衹有不足15平的房間，房間非常小兩個人在裏面都沒有辦法走動，而且洗澡水特別小洗澡都很難完成，Wif連接上了卻顯示無法上網，聯繫總枱説全酒店衹有一個帳號，用的人多了就無法上網，我訂了連住三天最後衹湊合住了一晚就退了，真的是特別的差，以後是再也不會去這家店了。
