What can be said? This is the first time I encountered a water and power outage in a hotel! It was less than 10 o'clock the night before and when I checked out at 10 o'clock the next day, I still didn't come! The hotel didn't offer any compensation or apology. We had to climb stairs to get up and down, and the toilet didn't even have water to flush!
I booked a family room that can accommodate three people, but the room only comes with two pairs of slippers and two toothbrushes. I asked for an extra pair of slippers and toothbrushes but they didn’t come with them! ! In short, the price of more than 300 is not worth it.
