This experience was very bad. The hotel's breakfast service staff was very unprofessional. We booked a parent-child room, which stated that there were three breakfasts in the morning. But when we arrived at the restaurant, they asked me to pay 48 yuan for one child's breakfast. , I said we are a parent-child relationship, and if the child has ****** it, she also said it must be supplemented. As a result, there were many people and little food, and there were basically no seats available, so we ate two bites and left. I don’t want to come here anymore!

帶着父母一起旅遊，得到了遠超預期的住宿體驗。
父母養了一衹小狗，最開始電話是不能入住就衹好去附近找酒店，但是不管規模，服務和整個質感都不如綿州賓館。所以衹好和前台商量，小姐姐酌情考慮了，要求小狗，不掉毛，牽繩，可以酌情考慮。父母也專門給狗穿了衣服，就連爪上也有罩，怕抓臟。所以能順利入住，很開心。
二來房間質量很好，備品，水，床品都很好。我弟竟然沒打呼嚕，給了我一晚好睡眠，開心。
三來温泉質量很好，硫磺池，室外池，室內，沙浴等，玩得停不下來。
四來前台小姐姐考慮我們全家出遊，專門安排了門對門的房間，方便全家一起行動。
這個環境和服務質量我是很滿意的。會下次再來。

羅浮山綿州酒店的服務是一如既往的好，每次泡温泉必來羅浮山綿州酒店。這次選擇住一晚，本來訂的5號樓大床房，前台看我帶的小朋友，主動為我升級到小汽車主題的親子房，房間貼心的配備了小童洗浴用具！晚上很安靜，我睡眠特別淺，不用戴耳塞也睡著了。環境很好，酒店有親子樂園、電玩，温泉，温泉也有小童設施，簡直是遛娃的寶藏地！離羅浮山步行十分鐘都不到，很方便，超級棒。強烈推薦！

酒店非常有特色，親子，度假，療養一體的，這幾天過年酒店佈置也非常有年味，大廳燈火闌珊的，祝福樹上還可以掛上來年的祝福，酒店一樓是辦理入住的，前台接待人員也非常熱情，詳細介紹早餐泡浴時間地點，酒店二樓的親子房特別有特色，有適合女娃娃的粉色系列，男娃娃的藍色系列，，，早餐二樓菜品豐富，温泉區域池子全部開放，還有小吃攤，餓了可以買吃的，還是比較貼心的。值得打卡！[慶祝]
