The front desk staff were kind and helpful even when I was confused about how to proceed. DHC was a great amenity for women. The kitchen staff who prepared breakfast had a wide variety of dishes (porridge, bread, yogurt, coffee) and they were all delicious. They were considerate and made sure we didn't run out of food by talking to each other. They had takeout packs. It seems you can eat it slowly in your room. The rice scoop used to serve the rice was big, so it was a bit difficult. The staff who cleaned the room even cleaned under the bed. I was able to use it very comfortably. I was very satisfied with the price. The morning sun from the room was a great way to wake up.

東横INNの大型版、部屋はいつもの通り、隣接するレストランのステーキは絶品です。ご賞味あれ ホテルの駐車場へ入るのが一瞬戸惑う。 メイン道路より、有料バー付き発券機をくぐり駐車するため、一瞬、入って大丈夫か迷い、ホテルのフロントを探して一回りすると、バーを通過しないとフロントにも行けないことが解り、一回りして駐車し、チェックインをしました。わかりずらいですね。

大堂服務人員熱情，禮貌，位置好，房間的衞生很乾凈，房間寬裕，附近有不少餐廳，吃飯很方便，推薦大家入住。

何不自由なく過ごすことができました！朝ごはんに出た栃木名物かんぴょう巻きおにぎり美味しかったです！

フロントの女性スタッフが最悪でした。 声をかけても返事もしない。 派遣だろうから、早く切った方が良い。 普段、使っているホテルが予約できなかったので宿泊しましたが、もう行かないと思います。男性スタッフは普通でしたよw 栃木県はサービスの良いホテルが少ない！タクシーなんかNYより対応悪いし👎
