We found this hotel on ******* but better to book direct. They speak perfect English and cannot be more helpful. It is a family owned business and that is evident by the level of care that is put into everything. We had rooms 7, 8 and 10. The whole place was spotless and the breakfast delicious. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking but there are plenty of spaces on the quayside outside and you can pay by card on the machine. We had a car and three motor bikes which were accommodated in two spaces. Middelburg centre and its fabulous shops bars and restaurants were a total delight and we would all love to visit again. It’s a small Amsterdam but not so touristy and very easy to walk around.

What a great hotel, I couldn't fault it at all. Large clean room, all services needed were there and brilliant staff. Bart checked our bikes in sorted us out and gave information about local restaurants. There's a great breakfast room that we were encouraged to use to have a drink and pay into an honesty box. There are lots of games, as well as free tea and coffee in the lounge and in your room. The staff member serving breakfast was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. All produce they serve is locally sourced and good quality. Thank you for a great night's stay in Middleburg. A quaint place with good shopping and an interesting history.

Best deal in town ! Perfect location , close to the old city and the places to go . Rooms are clean, large and beds comfortable. And Bart is a so good host , ready to help you for anything . Try it ...

I stayed here for one evening last week and loved the hotel room and the service. I wish there was AC - during the 2022 hot spell it would be a good thing. There is a fan that provided some comfort which was good. At check-in, the host was very friendly and informative, even mapping out the optimal walking route to see the best parts of the town. At breakfast, another employee showed that same friendliness. Good food and a smile is a great start to the day. I’d definitely stay here again.

Hotel Loskade 45 has a perfect location to visit Middelburg. If you arrive by train, you just walk one minute to get there. By car, you just park in front of the door. Inside it is very elegant and clean. The service is super. Very friendly and personal.

Really good room and superior service. Owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We had a newly remodeled room that even had a bidet in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a few days to use Middelburg as a base. We had the "family" apartment and it was perfect set up for a family. Plenty of space to not be on top of each other. The only feedback I would have is there isn't anywhere to have a suitcase open easily and even if you wanted to unpack anything there is a small set of drawers in either room We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Loskade 45 twice, en-route between Rotterdam and Flanders and both times it was welcoming and provided just what we needed. The location makes it handy for the Westerschelde (foot/bike) Ferry at Vlissingen, to access EuroVelo 12, reached by a superb tree lined traffic free canal side track. Middelburg has a good choice of pubs and restaurants for an evening meal.

Very comfortable hotel nicely situated within 5 mins walk of centre. Very personal and friendly welcome and perfect place to relax after long day cycling. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Communal living room and honesty box for drinks was nice touch. Highly recommend for a short stay in this lovely town.
