Came in with some friends as we were passing by after a hospital appointment, what a lovely place to discover ! all the staff really go out of there way to make you feel welcome, food was amazing ! the deals are so good you can’t go wrong. will definitely return

Stayed here when meeting friends rooms were clean and had everything we needed beds were very comfortable. Only down side for me is the roller blind in the bathroom was permanently pulled down with no way of getting it back up .Didn’t have food but the restaurant was full

Amazing staff. Rosie was very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure my experience was a good one. Adam and Jacob checked back to see if all was ok. Meg, well what can I say. She is so comical. I was on my own but didn’t feel awkward at all. Will be back

Great nights stay for work. Rooms were clean. Quite large for a twin. Beds really comfy with extra pillows and ironing board provided. Tv was big. Bath too. Food and drinks in the pub was really good and service quick and friendly. Check in was quick and easy

Fantastic and friendly member of staff, very helpful when we needed support, there was a girl with short hair who was particularly welcoming and helpful on our stay! Local in Middlesbrough to hospital and centre , Will be back! 100% recommend!

An ideal location for lunch and meeting friends, there is plenty of space to relax in or outdoors, the hotel has a really relaxing atmosphere. Rosie and Daniel are friendly, helpful and ensure the dining areas/facilities are kept clean and welcoming. We drop in for lunch on a regular basis and we are not disappointed, the quality of the food is consistently excellent provided by marvellous cooks Kerry and Meg, we are never disappointed.

came in for breakfast this morning, mega breakfast and a super special. food was great and quick. gentleman behind the bar was polite and great customer service! food arrived quickly by the same lad. can't complain good value for money we shall return next time we are in the area!

The room was beautiful as was the dining area, I would stay here again or dine here for definite as the food was delicious 😋 staff are so friendly and accommodating. Also brilliant service by the staff, this hotel is really spacious. Love it here.
