Popular Midi-Pyrenees 4-star Hotels

We stayed at this establishment from December 30th, 2022 to January 2nd, 2023. The Hotel itself is quiet and with satisfactory rooms and service, and it is directly connected to the airport terminal which is comfortable. But the restaurant is to be avoided, and the complaint handling was not satisfactory, as follows: Made a reservation of a quiet table at New Year's Eve dinner in Hotel’s Restaurant which the staff politely confirmed to us. But at the dinner, were put through with a table in the middle row just besides the noisy bar area. Many times I politely asked the waitress for a quieter table as we were promised (all other tables were empty at that time), but she kept saying no for made up reasons. When we left the hotel during checkout, we also mentioned the above to the staff and we were told there was no manager at the time. We just used room service after canceling the restaurant and, got offered a small discount, and settled on a slightly better one but still low. After that, two months passed without any further contact from the manager or any hotel staff. In my opinion, unbelievable for an airport hotel and an international hotel chain.

Was up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus

Comfortable bedroom. Free WiFi reception through the hotel. Dinner for two in the one of the hotel’s private dining alcoves over looking the grounds (Queen Mary) is a must, food and service fabulous. Front desk staff made everything so easy and welcoming. We hope to return again next year.

There is a special transfer to the airport. 15 minutes walk to shopping mall, suitable for business travel, and even short-term long stay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location right next to the plaza. At the weekend the rugby was on and the atmosphere was great and just had to amble back to the hotel a few steps. We had a room with 2 double beds which was a good size. The beds were on the harder side which was ok. Pillows very fluffy. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and toiletries. Breakfast is a selection of hot and cold food. The sausages were a particular hit. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak great English (my French is very basic). Loads of restaurants and shops nearby.

Beautiful hotel with a short walking distance to the Lourdes Sanctuary. Rooms are comfortably appointed under the Accor hotel group. A delicious breakfast was made available each morning. Our group of 51 also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, also very good. I was very pleased with this hotel.

Very nice hotel with brilliant with views along the Tarn in a amazing building. The hotel is in a great location just over the bridge to the centre of town. Big car park and free bus service outside. The restaurant has great views. Big breakfast and lovely terrace. We upgraded our room to have a view of the Tarn. It was well equipped and great AC. The reception could not have been more helpful. He was brilliant and very knowledgeable. The breakfast staff and cleaners were really good. The bar staff were a bit slow in serving drinks on the terrace and didn’t have cold Rose on a very hot day. It was my only issue with a great hotel.

Unfortunately due to flight issues, I was very late arriving, and I always wonder if there will be problems when you turn up late. No such problems. (the issue is that BA seem to be unaware of the fact that when running an airline, its useful to use the same 24 hour clock as everyone else, and think that its more fun if they reinvent a 26 hour one, and even better if the hours are not necessarily sequential) A 20 min walk from the air terminal with Google walking directions - easy enough, and the night reception (at 1am) was very efficient and welcoming. The room was great - comfortable. There is a coffee machine and a kettle which is a great touch, although like all these pod-coffee machines, they're great if you know how to use them, but if you don't know how to use this exact model, then you are completely on your own - no instructions, no handy pictorial guide, no stickers saying 'press here' or so on. Nope - you've just got to guess. Once I'd cleared up the water it was fine. Breakfast was really good - excellent choice and very high quality. Good location for the airport. It's about 800m walk. That takes about 10-15 minutes, which is actually pleasant when you've been cooped up on a plane. I would definitely stay here again, and hopefully for longer next time.
