We stayed five days in a suite with our child. The suite was clean and functional, with a large balcony and a small kitchen. No air conditioning – it was stuffy on arrival, but opening windows helped. The bed was comfortable, the couch worn out. Cleaning is only every 4 days, and extra towels cost extra. The resort is huge, which means long walking distances. Not ideal for people with mobility issues. Signs were small and hard to spot at first, but the resort map helped. Breakfast was okay – classic European, with lactose-free options and high chairs, but no kids’ cutlery or play area. The dining room was clean despite the crowds. Great variety for kids: indoor playgrounds for different ages, an outdoor area with slides, mini-golf, a year-round ice rink, and a small indoor pool (which was overcrowded and not very clean in our experience). My child loved it – I didn’t go in. Staff was mostly friendly, but the reception often had long lines. Parking was extra, but well-communicated. Overall: good for families who enjoy large resorts and lots of activity. Personally, I prefer smaller, more personal places – so I wouldn’t return.
