Aqua Resort by Bel Mare

A very large and beautiful resort with a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the place has several shortcomings, especially when it comes to service and cleaning, which are of very, very low standards. There also seems to be no sign of structure or organization — there is simply no overview, so you feel like you’re navigating through chaos. • Check-in took 45 minutes. (There was a queue extending out to the street/lobby at the reception. We saw this every day.) • We only had cleaning once — on the fifth day — and the trash was emptied for the first time then. We received one trash bag and were asked to dispose of the garbage ourselves in containers in an underground parking garage? We were given 3 rolls of toilet paper and told there weren’t any more available at the time. • The hotel’s indoor play area was completely overcrowded. The pool is very small, and there weren’t enough lockers for guests to store their belongings because of the large crowds (high season). • The pool is not heated (note: cold water!!) • We booked four months in advance and had requested several things, including a baby cot, a low floor (we ended up on the 3rd floor), and bed linen (which was missing). None of the requests were fulfilled. • There were a few staff members who were kind and welcoming, but also several who probably shouldn’t be working in the service industry ;-? Here are some of the highlights, though: • Close to the beach • Lots of activities for kids (really great kids’ entertainers) • Affordable accommodation • Nice surroundings We are willing to return — if the hotel manages to improve its organization and service

The best Resort i visited in Poland with my Family , my Child is 7 years old und had enjoy a lot of nice activities in the Resort. Next year we will Return again. Thank you for the nice vacation

We arrived just before the season started. Very loud construction work at the same venue. When asked to change the room we were put in a smaller one (although they insisted it was the same) with no price reduction. Outdoor pool still closed and jacuzzi in the outdoor pool broken. Breakfast and dinner offering very limited in a buffet that obviously serves more meals in season. We still payed quite a lot in the hotel that was advertised as a luxury stay but definitely wasn’t one. Very few towels, no bathrobes and very few toiletries. We were only offered one dinner (which wasn’t very good and had very poor selection) for all their shortcoming. Very disappointed and would discourage anybody from booking.

Online the hotel seemed to be very nice. The staff is not professional and has a hard time to speak English or German. The girls working in the play room lie around on a corner when u enter the room. No artwork or sth nice is offered. I wouldn’t leave my kid there. The pool was crowded but nice. People come to the breakfast area with sweat pants and bathing shoes. No dress code. Your plates are quickly taken away without asking. A stressful breakfast. The hotel won’t send me an item my son forgot. Very unprofessional. I cannot recommend the hotel.
