Only three-in-one foam can be used for bathing and washing hair. The sound insulation is not good and the air conditioner cannot be turned on. Everything else is good. The location is excellent. It is very close to the beach or the meeting point of the travel agency. The counter service is good.

The Hostal Tierramar in El Arenal in Mallorca was a really positive surprise. It overcomes my expectations clearly: the cleanness of the hotel was exemplary, which was directly apparent. The hotel was very comfortable and very helpful, making the stay very pleasant. I can recommend this Hostal to anyone who wants to enjoy a careless and relaxing holiday.

It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi. 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma. The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside.

It was already a few times in this hotel. Find it always pleasant there. The price performance ratio is really top! It is clean and the stand is also reached in 3-5 minutes walk. Beer king/megapark in about 10-15 min.
