In the center of Milan. Cute, clean and in an excellent location if you want to go shopping or even walk! Lots of attention to the room and bathroom, nothing was missing. Parking just a stone's throw away. We will definitely be back

I stayed in the one in Via Montegani... delightful room, clean, small but perfect for sleeping for 2 nights. Nice bathroom equipped with soaps, towel and fabric slippers, the classic hotel ones. The people who will help you with check-in are very kind, they contact you via WhatsApp and send you a pdf with all the instructions (followed by images) to best carry out the self-check-in. I was very happy to have received so much help, I started using the smartbox box, very helpful! At the end of your stay they will make you pay a tourist tax of €3 per night per person, also specified in their regulations. Thanks for the fantastic experience ;)

I have a Wonderbox box that I can't use with Aiello Suites because this hotel keeps asking me for supplements of 57 euros, when they absolutely have no right (according to Wonderbox rules, in our situation it is not possible to ask for supplements). Ridiculous, they try to make fun of all the customers and also Wonderbox which unfortunately loses its face. I am outraged by this hotel and the embarrassing honesty they DO NOT have. Don't go at all! Furthermore, when they respond to reviews, they try to make customers look bad, but dear Aiello, if on almost all sites you have an average of 2 stars, I would ask myself two questions. Not only did they lose customers (the two of us), but I will strongly advise against it to all my colleagues and friends.

I confirm that I encountered exactly the same problem as the other travelers! No one to open it, we found ourselves alone, the owner unreachable, yet reading the messages on Whatsapp... not at all professional! We called all the neighbors one by one on the intercom to try to get the door open... after a long wait we intercepted a lady at the window who kindly opened the door for us. We had confirmed the arrival time with the manager though! There is no reception, it is a B&B, we just send you instructions by WhatsApp, day or night!

ho soggiornato da Aiello in posti diversi, però ho prenotato Aiello suites perché costava meno e mi aspettavo il peggio. Quando sono entrata ho trovato tutti i comfort:Il frigo funzionava alla grande, AC funzionava da dio, la stanza era super pulita, la colazione é stata ottima perché le tazze e il bollitore erano puliti e curati. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile come gli altri staff Aiello e mi é piaciuto tanto perché ho pagato meno e ho avuto tutti questi comfort, tornerò.
