Although reading a lot of negative reviews about the reception, our experience was a good one. She was very helpful in explaining things and everything went good. We got the first floor apartment with our own "garden" or yard. The hotel itself was really basic and every piece of furniture and curtain was in own way ready to be replaced (i.e. rusty, broken, worn). Also, the whole apartment smelled like a barber shop. So if allergic or sensitive to scents - beware. But everything was clean and it was pleasant and quiet to sleep there. There are at least three decent italian restaurants and a big market nearby and receptionist showed 'em all on the map.

What a shocking experience! I booked this hotel at 6 pm on the night were were to arrive in Italy - boarded a plane and then arrived at 11.30 pm after collecting thje car and the luggage for our family. We stood outside in the dark for over 30 mins trying to get in - no luck! We had to drive around Milan at midnight to find another hotel. And when I requested a refund - it was a NO! They took my money happily and never heard from them again. And now that I read their reviews, I can understand now.

You should be careful when booking this accommodation. The pictures that can be found on the Internet do not correspond to the reality. We booked 2 nights in July and were very disappointed. The first problem was that the apartment was not ready when we were supposed to check in, and we had to wait 2 extra hours. when we got to the room we could see that the beds were not made. When we contracted the reception, we were informed that we should do this ourselves, as the cleaning staff has gone home for the day. The bathroom in the apartment we got was full of mold. At the complex there are 4 parking spaces that can accommodate large cars, and the remaining spaces are in the garage and are very small. You can park a Fiat 500 or smaller.

This place is a total scam! whatever you do, do not book from here! Booked a room via ***********, I gave my preferred arrival time (21h - 22h). Booked an apartment and had a confirmation mail (20:38). at 20:46 I receive a mail from the owner that it is not possible to checking after 21h... THEN WHY DO YOU ACCEPT TE BOOKING IF YOU CLOSE IN 14 MINUTES!?? I did not know this at first because I was driving my car and they had the checkin so far from the apartment!! I arrived around 21:15 and nobody was there. I called the owner and he said "wrong number'? that arrogant little man has no shame! I called *********** to complain and ask for a refund, they said that they can't help me and that only the property owner can refund me without a penalty fee... this is a scam!! I have opened a dispute via Paypal, and if that doesn't work I always have MasterCard who can save the day.

Never again! The stuff was extremly unfriendly, not cooperative. Didnt let us change booking details and didnt trust us, because they THINK they cannot believe us. Never had such a bad experience in a accomodation.

Personale sgarbato e poco accogliente è il titolo perfetto per la mia recensione. Sono stata in questo residence insieme ad altre 3 coppie di amici per nostra fortuna SOLO per 3 giorni. Al nostro arrivo al residence NON abbiamo trovato nessuno ad accoglierci e dopo le numerose chiamate mi viene comunicato che il luogo del check-in e ritiro chiavi è in una zona diversa. (Quindi dopo una giornata e con due bimbi, indiscutibilmente stanchi, cerchiamo per Milano il posto giusto). L’educazione della ragazza del check-in è un argomento da tralasciare dato che ha avuto la capacità di interrompere la nostra conversazione al telefono pigiando sul tasto “fine chiamata”. Se non si hanno le capacità e la pazienza per fare determinati lavori è meglio fare altro!!! In tutto questo è stato richiesto un pagamento ANTICIPATO per 3 appartamenti con 10 posti letto e al nostro arrivo il letto matrimoniale dei bambini NON era nemmeno presente. Allego sotto la conferma delle nostre camere nel caso qualcuno metta in dubbio la mia prenotazione… Altro che DREAM HOTEL….. Gli “HOTEL DA SOGNO” sono altri e soprattutto in questo tipo di hotel REGNA l’educazione cosa che qui è a dir poco Sconosciuta!!! Distinti Saluti Alessandra

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti in questa residenza e l'esperienza è stata complessivamente deludente. La posizione e la struttura dell'appartamento è come descritto sui portali di prenotazione. Per motivi di mobilità, avevamo esplicitamente richiesto e ci era stata confermata una sistemazione al piano terra. Al nostro arrivo ci siamo ritrovati un appartamento al piano rialzato con ben 6 gradini da superare e questa cosa ha comportato un notevole sforzo ad uno degli ospiti. L’ errore avrebbe potuto essere evitato se l’operatore avesse prestato maggiore attenzione alla nostra richiesta. Onestamente bisognava dire che non c’era la soluzione adatta alle nostre esigenze e noi avremmo cercato altrove. Avendo saldato l'intero soggiorno prima di prendere possesso dell'appartamento, abbiamo dovuto accettare quello che ci era stato destinato. Durante il soggiorno si sono verificati altri inconvenienti tra cui il cavo antenna della televisione rotto (prontamente risolto da un tecnico), due fornelli a induzione su quattro guasti e la caffettiera fornita nella misera dotazione dell’appartamento, non era compatibile con i fornelli a induzione (anche questa è stata sostituita). In generale, siamo stati costretti a contattare la reception più volte. Se vi riesce, per il futuro siate più attenti alle richieste specifiche dei clienti e verificate accuratamente la funzionalità di tutti gli apparecchi prima dell'arrivo. Per chiudere in bellezza, dopo il check-out ci siamo accorti di aver lasciato nel frigorifero alcuni salumi e affettati ancora sigillati. Abbiamo contattato la reception solo quando ci siamo accorti e sicuramente non per tornare a prenderli, ma ci è stato detto che nulla era stato trovato e che come regola il cibo lasciato in frigo, va buttato. Sono d’accordo sul cibo già aperto, ma non su quello ancora sigillato. Vergognatevi e spero che davvero non sia stato buttato. In generale : basta poco per essere migliori di questa struttura.
